If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience with a "professional" provider ever. I had an appointment on 1/20, I thought with Dry Chrycy. When I arrived at the appointment it was not him but a female. She was nice enough. I explained to the DR that I wanted a comprehensive exam. I filled out all of the paperwork and said that I wanted my pupils dilated. That never happened as I was told it was not part of the exam. I also asked for prescriptions for contacts and glasses. I was given a hard time that I was not purchasing them from the store. When I went to leave I was told my copay was 55. I have never paid more than 15 but I paid it to get out of there. This place was like a drive-by eye prescription place. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. I dont know maybe they wanted to go home. I had an appointment late in the day. Now it is April. They have charged my eye care benefits for contacts and glasses which I did not receive. I can not buy contacts or glasses with my benefits anywhere until they reverse the charge. The insurance company has called and left messages at least 4 times. Calls are never returned. In addition the EOB for my visit came in saying my responsibility was 15. My flexible spending card is now frozen and I can not use my funds until I provide receipts for another 40 of eligible eye care. Do not go to this place with insurance. You will spend more time trying to get the insurance corrected than you even spend in the building! This is in no way a fake or spam review. This is the worst experience I have every had with any so called professional office. Again today my insurance company is trying to contact the business. I also do not appreciate you adding a "l" to my last name in your comment. If you do not remove this slander you will hear from my attorney.

Hace poco viajé a Miami para ver a mi hermana y me recomendó la óptica Eyetrust Vision of Brickell (es una história larga de contar pero acabé necesitando unas gafas de emergencia). Me atendió el Dr.Chrycy y quedé encantado con el trato que recibí. Necesitaba unas gafas y una revisión de ojos. A pesar de que el inglés no es uno de mis fuertes con él todo fue fácil. Un señor muy profesional que me explicó lo mejor que pudo el resultado de mi examen ocular y me asesoró de los pros y los contras de las gafas y cristales que quería elegir. Al final me compré unas lentes de contacto y unas gafas nuevas. Me sentí bien asesorado, se nota que sabe de qué habla y que tiene experiencia. Me molesta mucho que te intenten vender algo que no necesitas y puedo decir que en ningún momento me sentí así, al contrario, si no lo necesitas no te lo hacen comprar como muchas ópticas y muchos optometristas.

I have suffered from having double vision for the past five years which led to the degradation of my eyesight. I have visited various clinics in Miami to get a solution to my eyesight problem, but still the problem still remained unsolved despite all the eye exams taken. I was looking for an eye doctor who had vast experience in handling double vision issues; the ones i saw couldnt proffer any cogent solution. The kind of double vision i had was the uncommon one, when looking at letters and figures, one small shadow of the figure or letter will be up while the original will be down. I can describe it as a vertical double vision. A friend who had used the services of a renowned eye doctor in Miami, Dr. Mattew Chrycy, took me to his office at the Eyetrust Vision, Brickell. I narrated problem to him, he assured me that he would provide the right treatment and spectacles. The kind of double vision i had was the uncommon one, when looking at letters and figures, one small shadow of the figure or letter will be up while the original will be down. After series of eye exams, I was given a recommended eyeglass. I put the glasses on and my double vision disappeared within few weeks. Ive gotten my life back thanks to Dr Mattew Chrycy, I will forever remain grateful.

Dr. Matthew Chrycy is by far the best eye doctor in Miami, just take one step into his office and youll know why. I went to Eyetrust Vision and got my eye exam and then my glasses the same day! I cant believe how awesome this is, Ive been to soo many eye doctors and Ive never had an experience like this. To get you eye exam for an excellent knowledge eye doctor like Dr. Matthew Chrycy is so great. Ive brought my whole family here and referred over 15 patients to this office because they are simply the best and I dont want any of my family and friends going any where else. if you want the best high quality glasses the same day come here!

I LOVE Dr. Chrycy! He was extremely helpful during my first visit to Eyetrust Vision in Brickell and hes been just as great during my follow up visits. I had only made an appointment with the eye doctor to get a quick eye exam to update the prescription on my glasses, but he convinced me to go with contact lens instead! I could not be happier with the choice. I no longer have to switch between my eyeglasses and sunglasses, saving me tons of headaches. He helped me learn how to quickly put them on and take them off..I recommend anybody in Miami needing a new doctor to use Dr Chrycy.

As you know, I have been wearing contacts for over 15 years and decided to get a pair of glasses. Your staff helped me to decide on getting the transition lenses. Dr. Matthew Chrycy was willing to see me as a patient even though I was on vacation in Miami, Florida. My glasses broke and I had no spares. I went to see Dr. Chrycy at Eyetrust Vision of Brickell. Dr. Chrycy is such a friendly eye doctor that I felt at home with him performing my eye exam. I am so glad that he accepts walk-ins. His staff and team were very helpful. I was able to be seen and get my eye glasses without missing out on the highlights of Miami, Florida.
