The Dr Schneider ( father) was very good. The office staff could be better. They dropped the ball completely in finding out my insurance coverage , despite the fact that I told them I had vision and contact/ glasses coverage. I can understand a misunderstanding, but I did not appreciate them insinuating that it was my responsibility to tell them insurance details that I would not know ( and I did give them my insurance card before the appointment). Dr Schneider ( son) saw my child and was fine as a optometrist. I didnt like the fact that he tried to then tell me (as the patient ) that I was supposed to tell them what my insurance covered. As someone in the healthcare business, I know that is the offices responsibility. I would give them 5 stars as optometrists. The staff could get one star for incompetence. I will very likely not come back to the office. This office was highly recommended . I am disappointed because I was looking for a good optometrist and they are hard to find.

Great eye doctor. I havent found better in Miami! Newest technology, quick and efficient! I didnt even have to wait for hours like at some doctors in crazy Miami! Thank you Dr. Schneider - Ill be back.
