I called to get an idea of how much a pair of contacts cost and the man that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. The man that answered the phone refused to give me a price and asked why I was shopping around! HELLO?! IS EVERYONE NOT ON A BUDGET NOW A DAYS?! He was very very very rude and with a gross attitude asked me why I was so cheap!!! I can not believe those words came out of his mouth. Once I started to explain that it was none of his business why I was shopping around he hung up on me! THANK GOODNESS I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Jazzy eyes needs to have stricter a hiring policy

Wow is all I can say. I walked in there last week and was told to call on Tuesday so the girl can check my benefits etc with my insurance. the lady that just answered the phone didnt feel like doing her job. She Immediately told me to check my own benefits and when I said the older guy (which I think was the owner) told me to call to find out she responded with, "hes going to get smacked for telling you that. Great way to run a business.

I was referred here by the VA (retired military) for my eye exam. Never having needed glasses before, I had several questions/concerns. Dr. Kimmelman was very professional & thorough (after chastising me a bit for waiting so long) and explained everything quite clearly. Although I did not actually purchase glasses there, the selection was impressive. Recommended!

Widest selection of glasses ive ever seen from high end brands ive never even heard of. They make it incredibly easy to try on virtually every style and see yourself with no shortage of mirrors around. Staff is also extremely helpful and friendly.
