I came for an appointment at 3pm on a Tuesday - it was quite empty, and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. The receptionist and phlebotomist were both very friendly! Surprisingly great experience overall, better than my previous experiences getting blood drawn. Note for first-timers: the lab is located in professional center, and there is no sign for it on the road.

Very unprofessional receptionist. I called to check the hours of testing and they hung up and never answered the phone. I would had switch locations but the website was giving me issues. I ghetto hot a mess!

Went on Friday 3pm service was very poor and unprofessional when I arrived it was only 3 people, it 4pm when I was seen. Lobby was very hot. Receptionist is slow

Many people choose to go at 7 am when it opens. Can be crowded at certain times. For the most part you can get in and out in about 20 minutes.

Phlebotomist wear disposable scrubs at work. All new chairs. The tile floors are stained where the equipment used to be.
