Today was my last time going to the Labcorp located on 7801 York Road, in Towson, Maryland. They seem to have the same repeated problems. Today was not the first time that the computers were not working correctly. This seems to be an on-going problem with this Labcorp location. In the past, I have had to wait outside for the staff to arrive after 7:00 am, set up and at 7:15 am they begin to take patients. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to know that the staff should arrive 15 minutes early to set up so that they can start to process patients at 7:00 am which is what I believe they are supposed to do. Or, open the doors at 7:30 am and allow the staff from 7:00 am to 7:30 am to prepare for the new day. Many of us have jobs to go to after we have our blood work done and these consistent delays are fixable if Labcorp would address them! To be fair with my complaint, the girls have always been nice and I have never witnessed anything less than professionalism. However, these constant delays do not comply with the Labcorp mission. If the office is supposed to be open for business at 7:00 am then the staff should be ready to take patients at 7:00 am.... Not only was today’s visit a waste of my time ( I left at 7:15 because they had not started to take customers back yet, and I feared that by waiting for them to get the computers running, they would say that they could only take patients that had a Labcorp slip and could not accept any other form of blood work request which I unfortunately had this time). Having to walk over the used red condom that lay in the outside hall way made me wonder, why would anyone come here to have blood work done????????

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars! I was there with my baby for 1 year blood work and the woman that working there was NASTY! she dont need to work with people! she was unprofessional (understatement) and very very rude! she was digging in my baby arm trying to find a vein and after she couldnt she just said "Come back tomorrow we can try again (we came from owings mills 30 minutes away) before we left I was asking for her name and she refuse to tell me and she kick me out from the lab! Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I AM SO SORRY I DIDNT TRUST THE REVIEWS I SAW BEFORE I WENT THERE! I WILL CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST THING TOMORROW TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM!

Staff is very rude and unwilling to help patients. I go to drop off a test kit and the store hours are listed incorrectly on the door. So when I walk in (door is unlocked, lights on) a woman curses at me and tells me to leave. She is unconcerned about the misleading hours advertised. I went back the next day to get a new kit and was refused since I had thrown out the prescription, which is understandable. However the staff did not care about what happend before and was unwilling to listen about what happened. I have rarely ever seen customer service this bad. It is worth it to go to another location if you have to use Labcorp such as Catonsville.

Worst blood draw experience I have ever had. They had a student work on me without my knowledge or permission. She screwed up the first stick. Her "supervisor" then tried again in my other arm couldnt find a vein... Went back to my first arm to try again and failed again.. She was extremely rude. Finally, a 3rd person had to come and draw from my hand. They were rude the whole time. Of course I drank fluids today Im pregnant you morons. Go literally anywhere else.

I just got blood work done at this location, the staff was overall rude and inattentive. The girl who drew my blood was talking on the phone with a friend and not paying attention to me or speaking to me while she was drawing my blood. Though the blood work was finished quickly and efficiently I thought it was extremely unprofessional and annoying. I will not be coming back to this location for my labcorp needs.

I was SCARED OUT OF MY WITS to get blood work done at this location because of the reviews here. My stomach was in knots! All for no reason. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The technician got the blood from my vein on her first try and that is very rare for me. I only waited for about 5 mins to be seen as well. I got there at 11 am on a Tuesday. Overall positive experience!

So I went to blood work done I told the lady they never can get blood out my arm my hand is easier....so she said she found a vein in my arm...I said okay....she stuck me...blood started coming out and not in the tube....then she moved the needles around in my arm until she realized she wasnt gonna get any blood....then she went str8 to my hand and got blood...terrible

I called to see what time they close because I get off at 4:30. She said they would lock the doors at 5:00. I got there at 4:55 and the doors were already locked. I knocked and knocked but no 1 came. I tried again but still the same thing. It hard to get to LabCorp during the week with a job esp when they close earlier than they should.

Front Desk ladies are very rude and ignorant!!!! I had a question pertaining to a drug test and ID situation. I called their office for two days straight to ask a question and get clarification and no one answered. This causes me to miss out on my drug test and job opportunity

I am a person who is so nervous about needles I often need Xanax before getting blood drawn. The staff was tolerant, allowed me to lay down, and got a successful 1st stick and kept me talking the entire time so I wouldnt stress out.

In and out w/son for his blood work in LESS THAN 10 MINS TOTAL EACH TIME! Friendly staff- since he has has issues w/people missing his veins b4, THEY HAPPILY USE BUTTERFLY DRAW ON HIS HAND EACH TIME! EASY PARKING
