There were no other patients there, but I had to wait for 20 minutes before I was seen. When I went to get my results, they "didnt have them" (obviously false) as they had already sent them to one of my doctors, but refused to send them to a second because I didnt request it when the tests were initially being administered. The staff didnt give me the time of day when I went in in person to ask questions and were obviously lying to my face. Waste of time and money, Id rather go anywhere else.

I was just inside. I was on my phone with my doctor giving the fax number of this location, the older lady first sent another person from the waiting room to tell me to get off my phone. Then rudely as I was asking her the fax number she kept tapping on the window & saying No cell phones. Get off your cell phone. So I decided to just go to another location No Matter How Long The Wait

I was taken right back at my appointment time. The tech was very friendly and talkative. She listened to my concerns and made the appropriate changes to make me comfortable. No issues. And I was out in 15 minutes. Definitely a good experience considering lab tests are never fun.

There were no other patients, but we were still rudely told to sit down and not sign in. No employee could be bothered to check us in. We just left after about 10 minutes.

Extremely rude. I called ahead and was treated as though I was bothering them. Upon my arrival I was briefly ignored before being brusquely dealt with. I will not return.

I have always found the employees at lab Corp to be courteous and pleasant. Just make an appointment ahead of time online, and you will not have to wait very long.

The staff here are friendly, know what they are doing and have a great personality. They accept walk-ins. Highly recommended this place for any medical work.

Came here to get labwork after my Dr. Appt. Front desk is all in disarray. Techs are eating while with patients. Waited an hour before being called back.

Unprofessional they open at 8am I got there at 8:05am it was 6 people waiting at 8:35am 12 of us were still waiting staff is rude so I left

I went in on 7/5 at 3 pm and I was registered, had labs drawn and was back in my car by 3:20. Staff was very courteous.

Tests are fine, but they will try to double bill you, which seems to be Labcorp standard practice.
