On Monday 12 January 2015 I had blood drawn for several followup assessments. I was promptly greeted ,(cheerfully and with full eye contact) by Mr. Derrick Wallace.who also turned out to be the phlebotomist . This young man was upbeat , polite and had me in and out before I could say ,"ouch, that hurt"! The facility was spotless and well illuminated. It was in sharp contrast to another facility I have previously used in the same office building. Kudos.

I have a difficult time with the blood-drawing process (inexperienced technicians sometimes have trouble "finding" my veins). I had my blood drawn by Derrick at this facility. He was completely awesome! He found the vein quickly and drew the blood with limited pain. He was professional and friendly and he put my mind at ease. This is my new home for all blood work! And Im a tough critic.

Made appointments online and took my children in for a pediatric draw today. They were apprehensive, but the phlebotomists put us all at ease. Upbeat and engaging personalities, quick to complete the task before too many tears were shed. Clean office. Could not have wished for a better experience!

Made an appointment on line but they was moving everyone who didnt have an appointment just as quick . Young lady pregnant took mines, so quick and pain free. They had someone sitting just at the front desk registering people today.

Front desk staff is so rude. They dont acknowledge appointment times at all. They took multiple people ahead of me who came in after even though I had scheduled an appointment. Wont be back to this location.

Slow and you are treated as a number. The techs dont seem to care if they hurt you when drawing blood. I walked away with huge bruises on both arms after three attempts. they kept hitting tendons or muscle.
