Just beware of this location. Dont even try to visit. They drew blood for some test for my wife and never sent the results to the doctors office. I went to the Lab in person to check on the status and the behavior was so rude from the Lady in the counter. They lost the whole sample. They never sent it for testing and they said they dont have any records in computer!!! Just avoid this location by any means.

People with appointments will have precedence over walk-ins and may be the cause of some disgruntlement. However, I have never had any problems with being seen or the efficiency of the staff. I suggest to everyone to get an appointment and you will be seen at the designated time no matter how full the waiting room.

Waited 30 minutes, people coming after me were called in. Spoke to lady who said she called my name and that I checked the wrong box for drop off. Immediately was pulled into the back and now I continue to wait. Its been 45 minutes now...go somewhere else.

Please change your times on the website! Right now it says your open 4:30am-8pm Monday through Friday. I showed up yesterday (10/21) at 5:30pm thinking you were open till 8pm just to realize your open 8am-4:30pm. Very frustrating.
