Customer Service!? HA! Yeah thats a joke. They stop testing at 2 so if you show up at 1:50 they will refuse to assist you because its too close to the cut off time. I drove 40 mins to get here to have some rude dude telling me to leave. There was another group waiting to take a urine test who arrived just before I did. But she couldnt urinate so they were still waiting for them but couldnt help me. Not happy

I have small veins and it always takes my doctors office 4 attempts sticking me just to find a vein. But every time I go to Labcorp they find the vein on the first attempt with no pain. Its always a wonderful experience

They have the worst customer service , called 3 times left messages and NO return calls,always a delay when going for a drug test also, I will be moving my business to Concentra, you lost 25 truck drivers
