Not friendly at all. Im a very quiet, shy person. I smiled and said hello, she curtly asked if I had my lab paper and told me to sit down. She input information for about 5 minutes while sighing to herself, took my blood by basically stabbing me, then shoved a paper at me and said, "sign on the line". She got annoyed when I took a minute to read what the paper said before I signed it. I said thanks, she said nothing. What a horrible experience. I will not go to this location again.

The nurse there was not friendly at all. If you want to be in the health care field you should have some people skills and some compassion. Also she gave us the form I had to sign to get my lab results sent in instead of our credit card receipt. So my husband had to go back in with the paper in order to get my labs submitted. My lab work was needed as soon as possible, so this delayed it. I will not go there again.

The lady behind the counter this morning rudely asked me what I was there for. When I told her for a drug screening, she pulled the sign in sheet from me and said "dont bother signing in, you can go to the other location." I dont know what the problem is but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope she doesnt treat sick patients like that, because that was uncalled for.

I can see why this place doesnt get the best reviews. The staff is not overly welcoming or friendly. My service was good, and the lady did a good job taking my blood. But I do think they could be a bit happier.

I had a pleasant experience with my first visit. Everyone was personable and friendly. I was in and out in no time.. I used to wait two hours at the Quest Diagnostics where I used to live.
