There was zero wait. The ladies took me back right away and were super friendly. While I was getting the blood drawn I felt slightly nauseous. I told the ladies right away and they quickly attended to me. They rested my head down and placed a compress on my neck. They did not even hesitate to ask me if they call someone to come get me. Unfortantely, I didnt have anyone in the area. They also recommended other solutions and even offered for me to rest in the back. They offered me a beverage and snack too. The one lady stayed with me while the other one assisted other patients. She was very tentive and held a conversation with me to ensure I was okay before I left. She even urged me not to drive and come back in if I feel lightedhead again. You could genuinely tell she was concerned. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this location for years and now the facility has moved to a larger location which is great because they are always very busy so atleast the company acknowledges they are busy enough to go to a larger place. HOWEVER THEY STILL ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON STAFFED. this is absolutely ridiculous they were short staffed before, and now even more. I have been here for an hour and the poor girl who is working single handedly is feeling overwhelmed and has to deal with upset clients and its out of her control. I dont know about anyone else, but I really dont want my blood drawn by someone who is so stressed and and trying to hurry through clients. Shame on you Quest Diagnostics.
