For anyone planning to go here, read this very carefully first. I am not one to complain or give bad reviews just for the sake of it, however I felt like I had to this time based on my experience. I had blood drawn at this location around closing time during a weekday. It was evident during my time that the phlebotomists just wanted to leave for the day and seemed to rush me through the process. I have very difficult veins that usually take a couple seconds before they are accessible, however the woman drawing my blood just stuck me almost immediately after putting on the tourniquet. Instantly I felt a sharp, stabbing pain in my forearm and wrist despite being stuck on the area near my elbow joint. This pain continued during the entirety of the blood draw, though I figured it was just a freak thing and would go away after I was done. It is now a week later and I still have radiating pain in my forearm, wrist, and hand that alternates with numbness up through my finger tips whenever I fully bend my left elbow. Whether it be through incompetence or negligence, the women taking my blood obviously hit a nerve in my arm before hitting the vein. And now now I am suffering the consequences. I understand everyone makes mistakes even in medical settings, but the way this all went down, especially with how quickly she went after my vein, makes me question whether anyone here knows what they are doing. I am getting an appt with a doctor to go over treatments for nerve damage as I type this. Will never go back again and I would advise you to likewise stay away.

Okay So I Have always gone to this Labcorp when I needed blood work done because it is by my house, and I usually try my best to get in and get out. I have always felt like the atmosphere was not the best with how the staff interacts with patients but this morning is my last time ever going there. I need to be at work by 9 today so I figure If I get there when they first open which is 7 then I can get in and get out because usually there is a long line very quickly there. So I roll up and there is a sign saying they changed to opening at 8 on saturdays So I figure I can come back closer to 8. I come back around 7:45 and the waiting room is full and I come in to see a long list of people already. I ask the woman behind the counter if all these people were waiting already for work to be done and she FLIPS OUT. She was a pretty hispanic woman with a TERRIBLE attitude in pink scrubs, Im not sure how you can be that mean so early in the morning. She goes on about how she got there early so she let everyone in and blah blah blah meanwhile Im like O____O I kid you not when I say everyone got dead quiet when she started screaming at me, you would have thought I just accused her of murder. All I did was ask questions because I was honestly confused about why they say they one at 8 but they already let people come and sign in before 8. Bottom line it is a very poorly run Lab Corp and I would not recommend going here to get work done.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The people at the front reception area are the WORST. RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Dont EVER come here if you value your time, especially dont come if youre fasting. The operations here arent effective at all. The worst thing is its hard to trust them. FOUR people told me conflicting things. The insensitive man at the front told me I didnt need to fast for the one hour glucose test but the people the day before and the phlebotomist I saw said that yes I should. This is a standard routine test, why is the information different???? I did a 24 hour urine test that I dropped off the day before. One person told me I needed to stay to complete the other test since I had brought in the urine, the other person told me I can come back the next day. Came back the next day and no one could confirm that my urine was sent off under my name. At first the man told me in the WORST non caring way that they probably threw it out. Like oh well and he shrugged his shoulders. Then he said oh no well then it was sent off. The only nice person was the phlebotomist. She did a good job when I finally got to her. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. take an extra few miles to go to another one or to another lab. I will never come to lab corp again.

Because it is close to my house, I have always gone to this Crossroads location. After today, I will not step foot in there again and would prefer to use a different company. It has always been dirty and obviously unsanitary. Usually I would have to ask for toilet paper, alcohol wipes, etc. because they hardly clean or stock the bathroom. One time there was a mistaken result for Bilirubin present in urinalysis...when retested by the Doctor there was no Bilirubin present. I forgave them. Today I went in, waited forever as usual. I checked in for lab work. The tech hands me a paper cup with her UN-GLOVED FINGER in it...then tells me I have a balance due on something I KNOW I paid for last year prior to the last two visits. The policy is that you cannot have lab work done with a balance due. I know this from paying every other balance due that insurance did not cover. This balance was from late 2013. Please know they ONLY accept cash. Maybe the cash I had paid for that over a year ago got credited to the person who really had Bilirubin in their urine. I left and it is unresolved.

This place is very slow!!! avoid it if you can. I would give it negative rating! Let me say this, for those who interact with people and your job requires customer service skill stay out of the field if you have a nasty attitude or if you dont like to speak to people. Do all us a favor and try to be professional!!! the technician that I had was very rude and off putting! After you waited an hour, when you go in the back to get your bloodwork done you can see that they are they are obviously carrying on and having way too much fun instead of focusing on their job. someone who is cackling and having fine time with their colleagues will be SLOW AT THERE JOB. DO US ALL A FAVOR FOCUS ON YOUR WORK AND FOCUS ON CUTTING THE WAIT TIME TO 30 MINS. Labcorp managementneed to investigate this facility. it is Very slow and some of the techs are very unprofessional. specifically lacking in customer service and polite attitude!!!

I took my 4 year old daughter there to get a blood test ordered by her doctor. We got there when they opened and still had to wait almost 2 hours before they attempted to draw her. She was screaming and moving around, as 4 year olds are wont to do when someone is going to stick them with a needle, and they told me they couldnt draw her, to go back into the waiting room and wait for her to calm down. This was a fasting draw, so she hadnt had breakfast and we had already been waiting for 2 hours. My 9 year old is a transplant patient and she fights during draws, but I have NEVER experienced the phlebotomist telling me they cant stick without even trying. DONT take your kids there. If you cant draw children you should list that on your website. Not let them sit for 2 hours first and then traumatize her for a fasting draw that you are clearly not qualified to do.
