Customer no-service as consumer advocate Clark Howard says. Once they have your money, they arent interested in listening or explaining issues with their business practices. Wont even call you back! When I ordered frames and lenses (almost $1K), I was told it would be a week, ten days tops. It was three. I had to call them to find out what was going on and was told they just left the plant yesterday. Sure enough I got notified that the glasses were ready...the next day, about 15 minutes after they opened. Coincidence? Maybe. Ill give em the benefit of the doubt. But when I did business with them on contact lenses, coincidence seemed less probable. The price I was quoted when ordering contacts was different than price paid when ordering the years supply. When I asked why, the answer I got boiled down to just dealing with a different person that did math differently. When I got home and looked at my notes from the appointment where I ordered the lenses, the actual difference was about $12, which might be negligible to some people but for me its a matter of business integrity - honoring the price originally quoted. They do not provide line-item receipts so you have nothing detailing what you paid for or who you dealt with. I was promised a special receipt, one needed to file for a rebate on the lenses. I was told it would arrive electronically as soon as the doctor can sign it. Waited a week; nothing. After calling 3 times - on different days - I had to pretend to make an appointment in order to be connected with a human. That person in turn had to contact someone in billing. That person was able to send me the receipts within 5 minutes even though she told me there was no doctor in the office that day. She was in more of a hurry to get me off the phone than addressing the issues of integrity and timely responses to customers. Save yourself these headaches and find another outfit.

I visited Triangle Visions Optometry of Apex for the first time yesterday. The purposes of my visit was related to Paragon CRT lenses, which correct your eye vision during your sleep for clear vision during the day as non-surgical alternative to LASIK. The services provided by Dr. Marino and his staff were exemplary and are briefly described below. - The staff is competent and wanted me to feel comfortable during my stay. There is in general a friendly atmosphere in the office. - Compared to what I have seen in other good eye doctor praxes, the methods and equipment used here during the eye exam appear to be a notch better, or more advanced. For example, this office offers an dilation free retinal exam of your eyes by using modern equipment as alternative to the more cumbersome dilation drop method. In other words, you get the same or even better treatment, but wont have extended pupils for a couple of hours after leaving their office. - Most importantly, the interactions with Dr. Marino were pleasant and professional. In detail, he took time to review my case, explained details, and suggested a fitting solution for my lenses. Therefore, I can give Triangle Visions Optometry of Apex 5 out of 5 stars. If you are looking for a good eye doctor in the RTP area, I can recommend that you check out this office for you and your family.

I absolutely love Dr. Marino and his team! Everyone at Triangle Visions is so friendly and knowledgeable. Even though this was my first visit, they made me feel right at home. Dr. Marino took time during my exam to completely answer my questions. He explained my current issues in terms that made it easy to understand. After the exam, his staff discussed my options to ensure that I was maximizing my insurance benefits. I highly recommend Triangle Visions Optometry in Apex!

Excellent! I had just visited my usual optometrist (of 20 years), and I was so unsatisfied with the service that I decided to try someone else. Triangle Visions is nearby, and a friend had recommended them, so I decided to give them a try. I wish I had visited them years ago! Customer service is outstanding and everyone went above and beyond to make me feel that I got a very thorough exam, and they werent just seeing dollar signs. Im so happy I found them!

An absolutely wonderful experience! Had a problem with the reading glasses that I had purchased at another place. Dr. Michael Marino, and the office staff, listened to my story and then went to work. Turns out I was right, the glasses needed a little something more due to my aging eyes. The new reading glasses have been ordered and should be in next week. Triangle Visions Optometry now has a new customer for I will return for my yearly eye exams.

The staff present at Triangle Visions Optometry of Apex are all knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. As my daughter is autistic and has trouble following some commands, it means a lot to work with a team who is understanding. They were very patient with her and are obviously caring individuals. She receives yearly eye examinations and glasses from this facility and I know that during every service we are receiving the highest quality of care.

Dr. Marino was outstanding. He was thorough, patient and explained my condition in detail in a way that I could understand. He also fully explained the treatment options and possible outcomes and demonstrated exactly how I should administer the recommended treatment that I had a question about. One of the best Dr. visits I have ever had. Also, Brittany and the other front office and nursing staff were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went to Triangle Vision of Cary/ ten-ten they were fully booked and referred me to go to Triangle vision in apex, I never put high expectations in every place I went to. Glad they referred me here, the staff were really helpful and friendly, you feel so comfortable talking to them about what you need and feel about your eyes. And I had a great deal for new eye glasses and it will be done in a week. Definitely recommended! Thank You guys so much.

Besides the nice staff, I have always liked the dynamic duo husband and wife optometry team of Michael and Elana. They are serious about their eye care, but willing to spend as much time with you as you want. Thorough examinations. With their "family practice", kids, dogs, softball, burgers, cello and more, how can you not like these folks?

Went into a store and picked some frames that I liked. The person who works at the Triangle Vision wrote down my choices so that I can come back with my husband to finalize my choice. Guess what! We come back and they dont have my information saved. Neither were they able to suggest any other alternatives. Time wasted. Go get better service somewhere else.
