The worst place ever, My wife had a c - section 30 days ago with them, We came back because she wasnt stop bleeding and we were very alarmed, these guys conditioned the primary attention to a pending payment of a deductible, unbelievable. I had to give my CC number over the phone from my work place, and only then they allow my wife pass to see a doctor I would like add that the treatment in this place has always been bad and the consultations are so fast that you are left with more questions than before entering. It’s a shame because I do not consider that all the "TEAM" were bad but please look for another place to work with more dignity. Money its important, people’s life it’s also FYI: We already had tried in the past to leave this place but the pregnancy was very advanced and we weren’t accepted in others places. El peor lugar, Mi esposa tuvo una cesárea hace 30 días con ellos, regreso porque no paraba de sangrar y estamos muy alarmados, estas personas condicionaron la atención primaria a un pago pendiente de un deducible, increíble. La única forma fue dar los datos de mi TC por teléfono desde mi oficina y solo así dejaron a mi esposa pasar a ver un médico. A esto añadiré que el trato siempre ha sido pésimo y las consultas son tan rápidas que te quedas con más preguntas que antes de entrar. Lástima porque no considero que todos el “Equipo” fue malo pero por favor busquen otro lugar para trabajar con más dignidad. Si, el dinero es importante, la vida de las personas también lo es. PD: Ya habíamos intentado en el pasado de largarnos de ese lugar pero el embarazo estaba muy avanzado y no nos quisieron aceptar en otro lugar.

Me siento en el deber de modificar mi comentario, los tenia calificado con una puntuacion perfecta!. Despues de 5 meses, la herida de mi cesárea empezo a sangrar y el metodo anticonceptivo intrauterino se me cayo, por tanto decidi llamarlos para que me atendieran nuevamente, les indique que había cambiado de compañía de seguro, me dijeron espera 1 dia para ver si podemos atenderte, luego de esa espera me hicieron la cita, me sentí muy contenta y aliviada, llegue a la cita y NO me quisieron atender, porque ellos habían cometido una equivocación y mi seguro no tiene dentro de la red a este grupo! Yo bien preocupada le explique la urgencia y el motivo de mi cita ( mi herida sangra), la respuesta de la manager fue bueno pues ve a emergencia, o si quieres pasar debes hacerte responsable del costo de la consulta. En ese momento sentí tanta impotencia, y decepción de esta gente. Finalmente concluimos en volver a esperar un día mas para ver la respuesta de mi seguro. Ya me dieron respuesta y fue un NO lo siento! Para ellos primero esta su beneficio económico, que la salud de un paciente!!! No existe calidad humana en este lugar!! Que decepción!!!! Que falta de valores! La única persona que puedo excluir de todo esto es mi doctor Claudio Diaz, quien una vez se entero de mi situación, se ocupo de inmediato en atenderme sin importar si tenia paga o no la consulta. Super agradecida de el.

I have been a patient of Baptist hospital for over 10 years. When looking for an OBGYN after moving back from Broward, the first thing I did was look for one through baptist. I came across West Kendall OBGYN and loved what I read about the medical team (I am a Biologist so I am very picky with the doctors I choose) with that said I made the call. I have not had a check up in the three years I was in college so obviously there is a bit of an emergency on the case specially because there is a high chance I am pregnant. When the lady on the phone answered she asked me several questions in order get me set up until we hit the insurance portion, at that point everything was great. She kindly told me she couldnt verify my insurance to please fax a copy, I hung up and sent it. After sending the fax, I called again to make sure they received it and make the appointment. The new lady on the phone asked me several more questions and said she couldnt verify it either to please fax it again, at that point I am frustrated that EVERY medical office I have been to in baptist was able to 1) give me an appointment and 2) verify my insurance. She got a tone with me because I am frustrated and said to fax it again, so I hung up and sent it again. I called a third time to make sure they received it and this same lady told me it was too soon, that I needed to wait for them to call me back once they had received it. I waited 2 hours and called back again, (A FOURTH TIME) This time no one answered the phone they immediately put me on hold, after 3 minutes someone answered with a short hel.. and put me back on hold for another SEVEN minutes. I hung up at 10 minutes because I find that disrespectful to anyones time. THEY DIDNT EVEN GREET ME AND SAY PLEASE HOLD TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY CALL. I called a fifth time and didnt even get to say hello by the time they hung up on me I was really hoping to meet with Dr. Madelyn Gonzalez but I have never experienced something like this. I have managed a plastic surgeons office and would never allow anyone in my team to do this. Plastic surgery isnt necessary, Gynecology, however is and is extremely important in a womans health especially through pregnancy. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AND ITS A SHAME BECAUSE THE DOCTORS SEEM GREAT.

On my first doctors visit I was treated very rudely by the staff. Im not sure if they know how to deal with pregnant women because apparently 90% clients have the same complaint. Then I thlught well Im here for the doctors so I brushed it off. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and informative but whenever I needed to speak to them I could never speak to them and was transferred to the assistant who would give me a medical diagnosis without a medical degree. At my 28 week visit I went for the glucose tolerance test I spoke with the doctor about financial assistance he sent somebody from billing that was supposed to help me. She came out and told me the doctor could no longer see me because they would no longer be practicing at the hospital where I was supposed to deliver. I was left in limbo trying to find another doctor at 28 weeks. I couldnt find anyone that would take me that far along and they gave me no recommendations whatsoever. Then again I asked to speak to the doctor in person and they denied him when he was in the office. I even stayed hours waiting to speak to the medical director and was also denied that. I told them my case and that I was having difficulty finding a doctor that would take me and that I was afraid of having the baby at 8 months due to the stress of the situation and she responded by saying "you cant have it now because the baby would be premature." Such ignorant staff, such unethical doctors, such rude staff.

Excelente trato,excelente atendimento, no conozco todos los ginecólogos de ahi,pero si al Dr Lopez, a pesar de ser tan joven, es excelente! Profesional 100% seguro de si mismo,le gusta lo que hace, ético y respetuoso! Gracias! Lamento que algunas personas se expresen que han tenido mala experiencia, que el atendimento es malo, y recepción también, que está sucio,eso no es así yo he estado 4 veces ,nunca he visto mal trato! Nunca me han atendido mal! Ni personalmente ni por teléfono, muy por el contrario he estado en lugares MALOS! ESTE NO ES MALO ES LIMPIO!,BUEN ATENDIMENTO! Y como dije al principio no conozco todos lo ginecólogos pero al Dr Lopez sí! EXCELENTE!
