This is the worst practice ever. The last time I came here I waited 3 hours to be seen..... I came here today because of some issues..... my appointment is at 2:50pm I came at 2:30pm so that I could get out in time for a 4:30 appointment. Nobody said anything until the 3rd time I went and I was like whats taking so long. I have my 1 year old with me and she was super agitated. Like seriously if there is a problem back in the office inform your patients that it is gonna take some Time. Dont let them sit for 2 hours. Let them decide if they wanna wait. I will no longer recommend this practice and will never come back. They dont even deserve a darn star. Woooorrrrrssstttttt staff..... They dont even care about nothing all they do is sit and laugh and talk about people. HIPAA shall be informed. Its now 4:20pm. Still no response so I had to leave. Disgusting people.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this practice a zero. The lack of compassion from the staff and doctors is amazing. The office did not return my calls after I had miscarried (I miscarried out of town), and when I finally did get someone on the phone I was hung up on when I started getting emotional. I finally moved on, found a new doctor, and put my loss behind me when I received a call reminding my of my upcoming ultrasound to determine the sex of my baby. The baby I had miscarried over 2 months ago! Please dont use this practice!

I would rate this place zero if I could. I went to the Boca office and I must say the wait time is ridiculous. I had the worse experience for my first pregnancy and had to switch to another doctor late because I could not take it anymore. Their nurse midwife Gail does will violate your HIPAA rights, under law I could sue her but did not. They kept moving me from doctor to midwife without notice and they would not remember me each time. Worse place ever.

I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! BAD PRACTICE, very bad practice! Had my pre-natal done at this location, they treat you like a cheap merchandise, IN/OUT the door without any sign of sympathy. Doctors never gave me their cell phone, or number to contact on the weekends, in case of an emergency or early delivery, call 911, that’s what I was told!!!!!!

I been going to the doctors here since I was 17 and their always so friendly and the stuff is really cool I love it there they evern deliver my son and was ever helpful with my pregnancy
