If you have a choice, chose a different OB. Every appointment I had with Dr Gomez was over an hour wait. When I finally did see him for my appointment it was maybe for 10 minutes and he would rush out the door before I could ask any questions. This isnt why Im writing this review. Im writing this because when I was in L&D, Dr Gomez spent almost the entire time on his phone. My husband commented that it made him uncomfortable but he didnt put it away. After 45 minutes of pushing, Dr Gomez did put it down to start numbing my vagina. I asked him what he was doing but he didnt respond to me. At the next contraction I felt him give me an episiotomy. He gave me absolutely no warning or indication that this is what he was going to do! I should at least be informed if you are going to Cut my vagina! Dr Gomez said the tear would have been worse but he should have at least consulted me before he did it! I honestly felt no better than cattle to him. The stitches hurt like heck and it took weeks for it to feel even somewhat normal down there. I was going to talk to Dr Gomez about this at my follow up visit but he rescheduled on me TWICE. After finally getting an appointment and waiting in the exam room for over an hour and a half with my baby, I was told that Dr Gomez couldnt see me that day. My insurance ran out at the end of that month so I was never even checked to see if everything healed down there after his chop job. So if you have a choice I urge you to pick a different provider. I wish someone would have warned me.

Dr. Gomez was by far my favorite doctor of the 3 that delivered any of our children. He made the entire process relaxed and comfortable for my wife and I. He also allowed me to assist with the delivery, which was by far the coolest experience of my entire life. Some doctors are in the profession for the paycheck or the authority, but Dr. Gomez truly care about my wife and I through the process. *The only post-delivery issue weve had is with our insurance company or anyone informing us that while Dr. Gomez was in-network that the only hospital he has rights to practice at is not. Were stuck fight a $5,000+ bill because no where in the process we were informed. We were told it is our responsibility to verify the hospital is in network, but never with our 2 previous delivers did we have to verify this. If the insurance company sends my wife to an OB, the hospital that he/she practices at should also be in-network.

Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for Dr. Gomez. I had to suddenly switch doctors at the end of my pregnancy and Gomez welcomed me with open arms. He is humble, calm, kind, and genuinely listens to your needs, wants, and concerns. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really makes the experience of being pregnant even more wonderful than it already is. During my labor and delivery he was there every step of the way. He called the hospital on multiple occasions to check in on me due to our little girl displaying some complications. He was patient and allowed my body to respond naturally to giving birth after being induced was causing some complications. He did not rush anything and DID NOT immediately suggest a c-section. He wanted to see how my body and the baby would react and we made it to the finish line with a healthy baby girl. THANK YOU DR GOMEZ.......YOU ROCK!

Worst damn doctor and staff ever! So Im going to blast them on a review! Every single appointment I made was rescheduled then rescheduled and again. When it was time for my surgery they scheduled me 5 times for a pre op and I never saw them! Then after my surgery 6 weeks later I havent seen them for a what was supposed to be a 1 week post op appointment. Dont even get me started on the fibroid they didnt remove because it was "small" idgaf if its small its not suppose to be there and Im still pain!!!! Now Im in the process of changing doctors its been a week and they havent sent over my records and I cant be seen without them! This is absolute ridiculous! They dont even deserve a one star!!!! Dont waist your time with this doctor!

Only leaving one because it is the bare minimum you can. If I could leave negative stars I would. My fiance tried seeing Gomez for almost 2 months to get an IUD put in. Three times they pushed back to the appointment because he wasnt in the office no matter what day it was. I dont even know why this guy has an office or someone else there to atleast do his job while he is out. Go to literally any other gynecologist because even if his staff is nice and office looks pretty it doesnt matter if there isnt a doctor in it. Wed rather deal with rude people who get the job done then nice people who push you off for two months before you give up.

I absolutely LOVE this man!!! So GENUINE, so patient, caring, takes the time to really get to know his patients, makes you feel completely comfortable ......he is INSTANTLY loveable !! Dr. Gomez delivered my 7th child a month ago and I would have 7 more just to have him as my OB! From START to FINISH my experience was one that I adored and definitely miss! I never minded driving 25 min, way on the other side of town-out of my way for my visits......well worth it! He, his office and staff... simply AMAZING! ❤

Somehow ok with him before labor. His service was ok. Always in a hurry though. The labor was a disaster. Again, he was always in a hurry. He came to our room in the last 5-10 minutes. He was sitting and looking at his cellphone while my wife was in the pain of labor trying to bring the baby with the nurse and our doula. When he taught it was time, he just stood up and perform an episiotomy (Google it). I heard from the nurses it is his usual procedure, I hope you dont have one. Inhuman professional.

Great guy but he needs help in his office. My appointments were cancelled every time and re-scheduled the day of causing me to call out of work again for it to be cancelled once more. I am high risk and have not seen him in 7 weeks. I have now requested my records and today is day 3 and its still in process. My last OB sent them the same day. Go anywhere but here. Very disappointed with the service in this office.

Im only giving a 1 because I have to. Ive made 3 appointments w Dr Gomez And each time it has been canceled because he left the office. I live an hour away and each time they call me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and when I reschedule its always 3-4 weeks out. Ive missed 3 days work now because of their issues!! DONT GO HERE

Ive known Dr Gomez from him delivering my oldest son 6 years ago and than my 3 year old. Im on my third pregnancy and I wouldnt go to anyone else besides. He is the best and u always feel comfortable. The staff is polite and courteous. I live 45 minutes away but I dont mind the drive. My appointments are always a pleasant experience
