First time customer @ Dr Ghanem Dentistry ; to say the least the experience & customer service from the moment I walked into the door, until the time I waited to be seen by the doctor was phenomenal. It was pleasant to see how sanitary the place was & how friendly the staff was. I didnt know what to expect as I was only there for a yearly teeth cleansing. I would like to mention 2 people who made me actually want to continue being a customer. I believe Natasha was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth im bad with names. Nevertheless, Natasha did such a stellar job cleaning my teeth that I had to commend her for her craftsmanship. She really took her time cleaning my teeth, making sure even the most minuscule parts of my mouth got cleaned. She flawlessly executed her job duties & went above & beyond. I was highly impressed. On my third visit I was catered by your staff member Genesis, I believe her name was as I waited for the Dentist. Genesis was very informative on filling me in on vital information I requested on effectively using teeth whitener. When the doctor came in I asked about a small chip I have on my front tooth that I was concerned about. The Doctor who helped me was not at all pleasant to speak to, as she was very passive about the procedure I was asking about. The Doctor try to persuade me into not getting a cosmetic procedure I asked about insisting that it was to much of a treatment for a simple chip. When I asked the doctor for alternative options she try to give me a analogy like I didnt understand her, in which I had to interrupt her & tell her no thank you for the analogy & kindly dismiss her. Genesis, However, took the time to explain with charts on the T.V with a small video on other alternatives & why she thought that getting a filling is a better option. The mouth piece that Genesis fitted me for was defected. Genesis, kindly went above & beyond as well & refitted me for a new mouth piece & made a new one the same day for me. Customer service like Ive never seen before. In conclusion Genesis effectively communicated to me what the Doctor could have in a straight to the point & more friendly manner. I would most definitely recommend this place to friends & family due to the staffs great services.

I went to Dr. Ghannam himself, years ago. He was a great dentist. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with him. However, recently, a few weeks ago, i needed to go in for an extraction. I decided on Dr. Ghannams because of the pleasant experience i had years before. This time, however, my extraction was going to be done by Dr. K, whom was a very nice lady, but will never go near my mouth again. She proceeded to numb my mouth with the local anesthetic, which i presume to be lidocaine, since its the most commonly used. After the first syringe (i was already numb) she proceeded to administer a second syringe, during the middle of the second syringe i informed her that i was already numb, & my heart was pounding right out of my chest, & i was shaking tremendously. She told me that is was just the medicine. She then administered a THIRD SYRINGE. At this point im in the middle of a full blown panic attack because the side effect of this medicine. Genesis (who was very nice) asked if id like water. I declined. But mid-panic, i was left alone in the room by myself to hyperventilate. My vision then doubled, so i then called for them. Dr. K, again told me that this was the medicine. ( Upon my own research, ive read that, those side effects are actually very serious, & probably shouldnt have been taken as lightly as they were. For the third syringe to be administered, & then for me to be left alone i feel was very careless on Dr. Ks part. ) I wanted to get up and run, right then.. But i figured i had been there that long & was all numbed up, i may as well get the extraction over with. Ive since healed up nicely but i am now terrified of future dental work. I will not go back to Cambell Dental, & it surely is a shame because Dr. Ghannam was pleasant years ago.

I have been a patient for years I love all the new changes. I love how they have the newest technology everything is digital. I always request the same assistant Angie because she always helps and explains things to me in way i can understand. She makes me feel like we are family and remember details of stuff I tell her from the last time. Dr.Ghannam always makes me feel like Im the only patient he is seeing so i dont feel rushed, and they go over with me what I need and what the benefits are. Dr.Ghannam & Angie did my veneers over 10 years ago and they still look amazing, I get compliments on my smile all the time. According to other dentists they said my veneers were going to need to be replaced every 3 years and Dr.Ghannam told me they would last longer and he kept his word. I have not needed to replace them. I highly recommend it.

Make sure that you get a second opinion especially when your health and finances are involved. Because this is what happened to me: my last visit was the other day. I Went in for fillings and to inquire about the root canal that I was told that I needed. They took more xrays and looked at everything and determined that I needed 3 root canals. And because of the expense of root canals I decided to get another opinion and it was a good thing that I did. I discovered that I only needed 1 root canal and 2 additional fillings. I also learned that there is a such thing as a medicated filling for anyone experiencing pain in their teeth due to a cavity. Because of this new information I was able to save money and myself from unnecessary pain and suffering that the extras would have cost me.

I USE TO DELIVER ALL THE ORDERS TO THIS PLACE IN MY BIG TRUCK SO I DECIDED TO STOP IN AND GET MY TOOTH PULLED OUT OMG DR GHANNAM PULLED MY TOOTH OUT IN 3 MINUTES I COULDNT BELIEVE IT HE DID A GREAT JOB BETTER THEN ANY DENTIST I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE NO PAIN AND THE ASSISTANT WAS PERFECT THEY HAVE FREE WIFI AND CABLE AND THE BEST TECHNOLOGY THIS PLACE GETS A 20 OUT OF A 10 THE DR SENT ME HOME WITH PAIN MEDICATION REAL PAIN MEDS UNLIKE THE OTHER PLACES THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU MOTRAN 800S ONLY TO SEND YOU TP THE HOSPITAL ONCE THE NOVACAIN GOES DOWN I EVEN TOOK A SELFI WITH THE DR THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK NOW ALWAYS TO HOME

This is the only dentist office I trust to get any work completed at. The doctors are great in what they do, years of experience and knowledge provides great patient care. The real face of the office is that of the assistants and their team leaders who ensure each patients treatment and work is tailored to fit their needs and budgets, they do a phenomenal job of making you feel like youre the only patient in the office with their personalised level of care. I cannot wait until my next appointment
