A Sparks

Went here to have teeth pulled and have the laser gum treatment. Instead, he told me I should go to U of M because it was cheaper there and also asked, "are you sure you want to lose these teeth?" Ofcourse I dont want to lose any teeth, but they were infected and dead, genius. You should never keep abscess teeth in your mouth. He saw I had an abscess and didnt offer antibiotics. And I had no issues paying for the procedure (or I wouldnt have made the appointment) but I guess because Im not white and dont overdress, he assumed I am poor. Thanks for nothing. Wasted my time and gas. You wont find any intelligent care here. Very condescending people.

The dental experience was fine, but be aware of some questionable billing practices. After being a patient there for 20 years, my wifes insurance changed, but they told her they accepted her Dentemax coverage. Three months later, we received a $175 bill in the mail and a receptionist who could only apologize for the misunderstanding. I guess you can never trust a doctors office, no matter how long youve been going there...
