My visit to Vernor Family Dental was a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite and made me feel like family. My dental needs were carefully evaluated and explained with a high degree of professionalism. I was carefully examined and all of the oral care I required was outlined in complete detail and scheduled in chronological order with the most important care done within the first week after my initial consultation visit. The customer service and interpersonal skills demonstrated by everyone at the office clearly met all of my expectations. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to Vernor Family Dental in the future.

This is the most unprofessional and shoddy dental office I have ever used. They do a terrible job cleaning your teeth, Dont want to fill cavities until theyre a major problem, and dont do 6 month appointments. Today I arrived for my 12:30 appointment and there isnt even anyone in the office. EVERYONE is gone, doors are locked; and patients are sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Time to shop for a new dentist.

I called to get a letter for my preschooler to prove that she is updated on her dentist care ,and the secretary refused to do it even though all my kids goes to this dentist (WILL NOT ANYMORE) .not only this she hung up on me and refused to let me talk to the manager. If Manager do follow up this is what I did I REPORTED YOU.

I got a couple teeth pulled and they did not give me anything for pain or infection and now im in worse pain then i was before i got the teeth pulled and narcos wont even stop the pain my whole left side of my face is hurting soooo bad ....unsatisfied customer

Best experience at a dentist ever! I needed a lot of work done and they were so gentle thatI didnt feel a thing! Not even the "pinch of the anesthetic shot." Im going to get my wife and kid to switch over too! I highly recommend them.
