Ive had a great experience here, and wanted to write this review because after experiencing RO Family Dentistry, Im saddened to see all of these negative reviews. My previous dentist, Dr. Rachel Woll, combined with this practice, and so, I transferred with her. Besides her awesome staff that merged with this group, the other dentists and hygienists are wonderful. When I went for my routine cleaning, I worked with Dr. George and hygienist Katie. They didnt keep me waiting, they were both very friendly and professional, and both were extremely competent. In addition, I also really appreciated that neither Dr. George nor Katie tried to "upsell" me on things I didnt need. I really want my dentist to be the final word on whether I need a root canal, filling, etc....but too often, I feel that unnecessary services have been pushed on me in the past. Here, Dr. George very clearly avoided any type of behavior that would have eroded that confidence. From a billing perspective, everything has gone through smoothly. No bounce back errors or miscommunications with the insurer. Also, did I mention that they sent me a happy birthday card? Too cute. Definitely happy to be a part of the Royal Oak Family Dentistry family.

I have been a patient at Royal Oak Family Dentistry all my life and the reason I have stuck with them is because it is a truly warm experience going there. The staff is thoughtful and most importantly, even though I dont love getting the work done, I love how careful the dentist and hygienist are when working in my mouth.They make sure Im not in pain and if I am, they change how theyre working on me and theyre sensitive to my needs and requests. When I had to have a root canal on my front tooth - what I thought would be an awful experience - they made sure I was extremely comfortable. They even have an oral surgeon who was able to help me when I needed an implant. The receptionists are also sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this office because they will treat you well and they perform high quality dentistry.

I absolutely love Dr. George and Cheriece (hygienist). I have been a client for several years, and was able to get my fiance to go in today. He HATES going to the dentist (seriously, a grown man throwing a 3 year old temper tantrum), but left there with a different attitude. He had Katie for his hygienist and Dr. George, of which he had great things to say, as well. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this office and staff. Clean, friendly, helpful and fun to be around! They give you a reason to flash that bright smile! :D Go see them! You wont regret it!

I have been going to Dr. George for a few years and my experience has been great. I went there with a crown that had fallen off and I am there for as long as my teeth last. Hopefully, a long time. I find the staff always very pleasant & helpful. I know our experiences can be different but I wanted to let you know I love this dentistry practice.

Ive been going to ROFD for almost 10 years now. Dr. George is great at explaining what is going on and why a certain course of treatment is the best option. Dr. George is fantastic with my 2 1/2 year old, who she also sees. The staff has always been pleasant and the office looks great after the remodel.

Very kind and professional. Dr. George took time to make sure I was comfortable before she started working. The cleaning was thorough, and they explained why they were doing different things. I didnt have to wait at all - they got me in right at my appointment time.

This is a horrible dentist office. Their dentists seem to change very often, almost like they hire trainees. They broke my wifes retainer and I even have recordings of them saying they would fix it but they refuse. I would not go to this dentist office ever.

Horrible Dentist. My wife and family were treated with disrespect, continually tried to sell us things, and treated my kids like they were an inconvenience to them. I would not suggest going to this dentist. We wont ever be back

Im giving ROFD 3 stars h2o start off because I have my first appointment tomorrow for xrays and consultation. Im 69 years old and need 4 teeth pulled and a lower denture. Ill get back to you when I can chew again. FILM @ 11:00
