I am a patient of Doctor Emma,and I am 46 years old ,as a person with a lot of medical problems ,fibromyalgia,osteoporosis,2 aneurysm in my head but over all this I am a Patient of RSD/CRPS this is a syndrome,also a dystrophy that has no cure to this present day this chronic pain disease has been in me after a foot surgery .but even cause me my smile ,and my teeth loosing them almost all with no hope ,until I went to Encore Dental in Jackson and meat the great staff members and felt there kindness and a very great awesome team of Doctors,who didnt let me walk out of there office without hope,but with a a great desire to see myself different from the way I looked before .Doctor Emma ,Doctor Michael was they get me a new job and is that after 9 years I have to learn to smile because of my new teething and yes I have a new look because its important to smile and my Dentist Doctor Emma I have no idea what to do but say thank you for your amazing job .if any one reads this this is a dream come true and yes Encore Dental in Jackson its not like others they are special and they do give you hope and a new way to look at life with a SMILE..so after 9 hard sad years they gave me a new reason to believe that there is a great Doctor with a great heart waiting for you to be and to see life with a great new look a. Smile is very important in ourselves.thank you Encore Dental in Jackson I will always be thankful to you and thank God I found people that love their job and their patients.

I have been seeing my regular dentist for several weeks dealing with multiple cavaties and decay in my wisdom teeth . I started to receive a lot of pain in the wisdoms and my dentist reccomended I see a oral surgeon asap for extraction . I used their referral , & called 4 other places and they couldnt even get me in for a consultation until MID NOVEMBER . I then called Encore Dental in Jackson while sitting in my dentist chair and they took me in within an hour to see Dr. Bland for a consultation , I told her how much pain I was in and she said I can come in the next day for extraction . I was so relieved to hear that , Lauren and Rachel were great with keeping me calm since Im a nervous wreck when it comes to needles and being put to sleep . I came in 9 am the next day , got a shot and within seconds I was out like a light and woke up at 935 confused as hell and Dr Bland said I was all done , I was in shock, I didnt feel a thing ! Thank you so much Dr Bland I will definetly be referring you to many people and thank you to Rachel and Lauren you guys were great and kept me sane for the aftermath of waking up from the anesthesia ! Lol so relieved I now have a trusted oral surgeon and amazing assistants to go to if I have any teeth issues ! ( which hopefully I wont ) definelty reccomend Encore Dental !! Thanks so much again !

I spoke with Jessie, a clerical front end girl and explained that my senior citizen wife who is 70 years old and in extreme pain wants to come in.. Her first response,distastefully was "What insurance do you have"? then after a minute or so of nonsense, was told COME IN ON MONDAY. I explained the severity of pain. It fell on deaf ears.Today is Saturday, Do you want a person to be in pain all day Saturday,Sunday and Monday? Response again was , What insurance do you have? Come in Monday. Next thing I knew, another clerical took the phone Christine, and I explained to her so she replied and stated" I dont think that this office is for you. She refused to put on the Doctor after I explained that I would gladly hold on. My wife standing along side of me was shocked and could not believe the cold and rude treatment of the staff. Did I mention, that the clerical front desk HUNG UP ON ME !!!!! Why would anyone want to go to this practice? The witches from HELL work the desk.A Doctors main goal should be helping others especially if they are in severe pain and even more so if they are 70 years old. SHAME ON YOU ENCORE DENTAL.

Ive never really had any issues with my teeth until my last pregnancy. I needed a root canal and went to Encore. First off the office is very clean and open. Its not cramped or uninviting. I first saw Dr. Massaro. He was great. I was in and out of there within half an hour of walking in the door. He answered all my questions as did the staff. I felt absolutely zero pain and had very mild discomfort the next day which did not last more than 24 hours. When I went back for the second step to get the post inserted I saw Dr. Emma who was just as friendly and courteous as Dr. Massaro. Again, a quick and painless experience. I cant say enough good things about this practice. I made appointments for my husband and son. Weve officially found our dentists!

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed this morning with Dr. Bland and technicians Racheal and Lauren. I was extremely apprehensive before the procedure, but they put me right at ease. They were professional, fun and were fantastic at what they do. The procedure was over before I knew it, they were extremely thorough in explaining everything before and after, as well. I recommend this dentist office and this oral surgeon, Dr. Bland, above all else. I avoided the dentist for years but I can say I actually enjoy going to Encore Dental of Jackson, NJ. Amazing job. Warm, inviting, beautiful office. A++++++ Thank you!!!

I came all the way from Red Bank and I absolutely will do it again. Dr. Bland is awesome at what she does. I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Ive never had surgery before so I was extremely nervous. Her and the other girls there made me feel extremely comfortable and before I knew it, I was awake and out of there. I was more nervous because I had some water before going into surgery totally forgetting I wasnt supposed to (sorry guys). Even though they were a bit annoyed, they still were super sweet and my experience was great. The office is so clean and welcoming. Id highly recommend!

I recently had extensive dental work done at Encore Dental of Jackson. Staff and doctors were caring, professional, non-judgemental and immediately put me at ease. Jessica, the office manager, did an excellent job of working with me and my insurance company to maximize my dental benefits. Heather, the dental assistant, did an outstanding job of making my temporary bridge and also assisting throughout the entire process. She was personable and caring while maintaining a professional atmosphere. I have recommended this practice to all my family and friends.

I went to Encore Dental of Jackson for an emergency appointment a few days ago. I was immediately taken in and treated with such care & professionalism. They were genuinely concerned with my discomfort and anxiety. I had to have an emergency root canal and were able to get me in with the specialist the same day to get me out of pain. I have been avoiding the dentist for a long time due to past bad experiences, but this has given me a whole new love for the dentist. Thank you Encore Dental! I will be recommending your offices to all my friends & family!!
