The worst dental office staffed with the rudest, most unprofessional people imaginable. I waited 2 1/2 months to have a broken wisdom tooth extracted. My wife was left in pain & tears due to an impact tooth they wanted her to suffer with for a month. Had her tooth out next day at one of their sister offices, only after I forced the issue of them referring her out. The entire staff & dentists should be put in a zoo at a dental school as examples of what not to become. Its a real cattle car operation pumping people (victims) through for the insurance money. The hygienists must be on commission as theyll up sell you services just for the bucks. No communication between the office staff and staff in the back. I left my phone number with the office manager (Amy) so the owner could call me to discuss, 2 weeks no call yet. Ive spoken with several other people whove had other bad experiences, next Ill ask around 1st before picking a dentist office.

The dentists are so gentle and kind. I love dr yuri & the people / dentist who put my sons braces on every month are so good at what they do. They are social and help you and your child to feel relaxed instead of nervous. They make us laugh and do a fantastic job with the braces. Everyone is both knowledgeable and friendly and professional as well. I love them ! The front staff is polite and they know exactly what you need. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and they made it effortless. I cant say enough good things about the office. They clean my teeth as well as my kids. Whatever needs Robbie done they do it with finesse A+ ! They did 5 root canals and made my smile beautiful! Thank you so much from my humble heart. Im so appreciative that your office is near my home. Best dentist office Ive ever took my children to. ✔️ I think locally they are the best in the biz. You guys have a lot to be proud of. Your hearts are in the right place.

Got 3 wisdom done in one day. Two bottom were impacted. The right side healed within three days like they said it would. The other side so much pain! And thats the side only one tooth came out ! After 5 days I couldnt wait for the follow up because it hurt so so bad. When I called to see if someone could see me sooner and that something was wrong they couldnt put me in any sooner. Only the specialist could see me? Thats only there one day a week. So I have to wait the full week. Havent been able to eat . Meds have been done after day 3 . And the pain is outstanding . Cant even sleep . So to me this isnt a good place If they cant even have anyone else take a look and help a patient out who is in so much pain on one side . What if Im effected ? What if something really bad is happening in that spot and spreading? I do not recommend this place Im sorry. The staff was super nice and friendly thats the only good part of the place .

Ive been going to this facility for a few years now. Ive had root canals and tooth extractions. Overall, my experience there has been pleasant and uneventful. Wait times average 10 - 30 min; once, I waited over an hour, but it was due to a patient before me who felt ill during a procedure and they had to make sure the patient was comfortable to finish up; only complaint is that the front desk could have checked to see that I was waiting an hour and notified me of the delay; Ive worked in a hospital and know that patient wait times are on the monitor and change color when wait times are delayed. Otherwise, wait time not bad; my dentist has been Dr. Phil Pascucci who has funny and laid back in his demeanor; he explains what he is going to do and answers questions; his assistant Rachel is smart and friendly and funny and answers your questions to set you at ease. Overall, I would recommend this facility.

Lets talk about Dr. Philip Pascucci, shall we? I would NEVER recommend ANYONE go to this man. I dont know how he has gotten "good" reviews about how friendly he is. He always did my fillings, and I never felt comfortable at all. There is not one loving, compassionate, gentle bone in his body. He talks to me like Im a child or dog, like Im so much lower than him. Itd be one thing if I was rude to him with every word I said... but Im not. Sure yeah I know its my fault that I have cavities, but he goes on and on about how horrible I am for letting it get to that point. He makes me feel like complete bs every time I go in. I feel bad for the people who wont speak up for themselves and just let him do his thing. I walked out before he could do anything. Ive had enough. Surely I wont let him abuse me any longer.

This place cost me 5k out of pocket WITH GOOD INSURANCE and I lost ed a tooth do to there careless work. The dentist does a rush job and he cracked my tooth doing the work I didnt know why I was in so much pain from the small job that he did and I had to drive all the way to West Orange County from Manahawkin to go to my old and truthful family dentist to find out what he has done. I would NEVER go to this dentist office again. But please know the only reason why I am not giving them 1 star is because they do have some very nice staff working there that are these good and helpful people. But the dentist these gets me sick on how he can do this to someone. Also asking around I know 2 other people with the same problem.

Horrible experience from day 1 (the only good thing in this office is the orthodontist). The staff is extremely rude!! What is the point of making an appointment since you wait usually an hour. Billing department is a joke. George in the front office is the worst, my daughter has insurance but it was not showing up in their computer but refused to call providers phone number and then accused me of "making a call and now it is suddenly activated". Then would not make make new appointment for her because we had "no insurance". I am so glad that my daughters braces are off (and looks gorgeous) but I am more pleased that I do never have to go to this office again!!!! The star I am giving is for the orthodontist!

For cosmetic dentistry, my experience with Manahawkin Family Dental has always been good. The girls up front are always pleasant. Except for Amy, I didnt really care for her but Im just being honest here. Dr Phillip Pascucci and his staff are the best, especially Rachel, in the two years I have been visiting Manahawkin Family Dental my wait times are always very minimal and my treatments were always informative, quick and most importantly, painless. I would highly recommend Dr Pascucci if you are in need of dental work. Just a few more treatments and I should be back to having the teeth I had when I was a wee lad.
