I had missed an appointment due to one of my children waking with an infection. I called the morning of the appointment as early as possible to cancel. The snotty little receptionist yelled at me and told me that it was unacceptable that I called the day of. I get it but had no choice, she then told me moving forward I could only bring one child in at a time (I have 3 children) meaning that I would have to make 3 separate appointments and she hung up. I called about 2 weeks later to reschedule and the same receptionist answered telling me, your no longer allowed to schedule your children all in one visit (as if she enjoyed telling me that). I said fine...I will go to another dentist office and the snotty girl said, good! Audacity. I found another dentist "Encore Dental Group" 2 mins from my home they are fast, professional and courteous. I recommend them 100%. I get to bring all my kids at the same time and it is a pleasure dealing with doctors and staff. Honestly this place was terrible and the staff should be ashamed of themselves and management should know what is going on at the front desk. The way they treat parents with children is appauling!!!

The office is dusty and the computer boards had dust and old looking saliva on them. The dentist treats the patients as if theyre on an assembly line looking to hurry up on them and get them out of the chair for the next product sit there. They dont bother to stop or give some pain treatment if the child is screaming while theyre drilling. Ive personally been to many dentists offices and this is a first that had many children screaming in agony. I will never go back again.

I was extremely worried about how my son, who has profound autism, would be able to handle his first dental experience. Dentistry for Children in Toms River is a remarkable place. The doctor was kind and patient with my son who had severe anxiety about sitting in the dentist chair. Needless to say, the visit was terrific...so much so that my son ended up tickling the doctor, and ended the visit with a huge hug for him. Happy I found this dental office.

the lakewood location is physically nothing like described on the website...there was nothing welcoming and child-friendly about the office...it was about as pretty as a storage room!....while the tech and dentist were very nice I would have liked to have been informed I would not be seeing dr. winokur whom I had researched and made the appt with (or so I thought)...this office needs major updating, cleaning, and renovating!!!

Absolutely horrible, given paperwork to fill out 25 minutes after apt time and waited over an hour to see the orthodontist. Waiting room so busy bunch of people standing. Saw dr for 2 mins then waited more time for the one X-ray machine they have in office. Have never seen an office like this. Would highly recommend not going here

The best dental experience I have had for my children. I am not afraid for them when I take them nor are they afraid Dr Donn and Dr Jenna are the absolute best! My children look forward to every visit. I say this from regular visits to dental surgery for my at the time 2 and a half year old I highly reccomend them !!!!

My experience with the dentist today 6/22/16 is amazing. The dentist was very thorough cleaning my kids teeth and polishing. I have been bringing my kids to them for 9 years. They are good but todays great. Check it out
