I went to Wayne St Hill dentistry only once for a cleaning and x-rays and I will never go back for the following reasons: 1- The dentist, Wayne St Hill, is unhealthy and incompetent. His hands shake so much that I cant imagine seeing him do any good with a drill. My wife and I went for cleanings at the same time and she sent me a text while we were in there saying "do not let him drill you, its too dirty here". 2- The office is really dirty. Yes the instruments looked like they were wrapped and sterilized (I hope) but everything else: walls, furniture, floor looked dirty and old. 3- I seriously doubt him and his staff have the patients best interest in mind. According to their expertise and X-RAYS, they found 2 cavities in 2 different teeth. I then went to Tischler Dental in Woodstock, they redid X-RAYS and did not find any cavities at all. This could be a mistake from St Hill but I think it was intentional. 4- Last but not least, I think they overcharge for their services. My 1st and last bill from them was about $600 for a cleaning + a set of X-RAYS -- I am not an expert but this seems off the charts. 5- Me and my wife were given fluoride while at the dentist and my wife got sick from it (or from the office being dirty, or -- to be fair -- maybe from something entirely different, we dont know), she couldnt eat anything and through up later that day. I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this place.

Mixed bag for me. The office is chaotic at times. I once drove there from an hour away and he wasnt there. I once sat in the waiting room an hour and a half after waiting , they just didnt see me ,or check on me they.. He did a crown for me, it had a problem and he re-did the work ( no charge) and the second one worked great.

This is one of the best dentist I know. So sorry he moves his office from the Bronx. Wish he would come back
