I truly dont know what I would have done without Accessible Home Healthcare of Aventura. When my father was battling cancer, they were with me every step of the way. When I first called them to schedule an appointment to meet, I was surprised (delighted!) that they were willing to meet with me in the evening so that I wouldnt have to take time off from work. In order to fully understand our needs, they wanted to include my father in this meeting, so we met at Dads apartment. I couldnt believe I was actually meeting with the owner, Ali Mandsaurwala, and Vice President, Josh Laurence! When I saw how they were treating my father with such respect, I quickly realized this was no ordinary, impersonal company. They took all the time I needed to answer my questions and to explain the services available to best care for Dad in the comfort of his own home. They were so understanding and compassionate with me, acknowledging how difficult it is not only for the patient, but also for the family. In the challenging months ahead, Dad would often request a change of caregivers (most of the time for reasons having nothing to do with their skills). We went through more than 10 caregivers (I lost count). Not once did anyone at Accessible make me feel badly about requesting that they find yet another person. The Manager who scheduled the staff was always patient, kind and understanding...always trying to find just the right person to make Dad comfortable. In the end, Carmen was his favorite, and thats who was with him when he was rushed to the hospital. She stayed with us in the ER...and even came to the funeral. So did Josh. This is no ordinary company. The loving, compassionate folks at Accessible Home Healthcare of Aventura will be with you every step of the way. For that, I will always be grateful.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Accessible Home Health Care of Aventura. I started using their service about 2 years ago. My mother was having back surgery, and I needed help getting her to the appointments. The first time I needed them was to get her to the surgery itself VERY early in the morning. Because a different company had cancelled at the last minute, I called Accessible Home Health Care of Aventura the night before the surgery in a PANIC. They were professional polite and kind and immediately understood my concerns and the gravity. Then at the agreed upon time (4a.m.) they showed up PROMPTLY and polite. They were reassuring and VERY HELPFUL, helped my mom who had trouble walking, helped with her walker and we got to the surgery CALMLY and REASSURED because of their professionalism. I was so impressed by their service! Obviously I kept working with them and using their service for all of her subsequent appointments. The peace of mind is incredible. They are always professional and polite on the phone for setting up services. They are excellent about providing confirmation calls/texts so you feel assured and feel like you matter. They are patient helpful and kind: they treated my mother EXACTLY like I wanted her to be treated. She LOVES them! They are ALWAYS prompt and available. The prices for services are super reasonable. I definitely will continue to use the services of Accessible Home Health Care of Aventura. They provide professionalism, promptness, kindness and most importantly peace of mind.

Ali, Josh and their team, provide quality customer service matched with quality care. Josh and his team at Accessible Home Health Care of Aventura made themselves available to me during and after comventional business hours. I felt they had a vested interest in my loved ones needs by answering a plethura of questions. We spoke for nearly an hour over the phone, then in person for another hour before moving forward and creating a plan that made sense. Accessible Home Health Care puts the true personal care into healthcare. When I needed help for a friend with a stroke after dementia Accessible had Ali set up all therapists, homecare aids, nurses and doctor referrals. The family received the maximum help needed to see through this very difficult and trying time. After it was in place we received follow up calls to make sure the family was happy and the services were consistently high quality. Ali was a life saver. When my mother needed help after fracturing her hip, Accessible Home Care came to the rehab facility to meet my mother before she went home. They were able to match her needs with the perfect aide! Josh was extremely helpful every step of the way to ensure my mom had the help she needed 24/7 during her at home recuperation, that even included an aide that would drive her to doctor appointments (or even hair) and cook the occasional delicious meal when I had to work. I would not hesitate a bit to call on Accessible Home Care if the need presented itself again! Thank you!
