Paradise Logistics

Our daughter was discharged from Miami Childrens Hospital last Thursday after a 5 month stay. We were assured that once we arrived home a Respiratory Therapist would meet us here with equipment and provide instructions. We are still waiting. Its been a week. A week without a nebulizer to administer her medicine. A week without supplies. Our daughter has a tracheostomy and G-tube. I have had to go to a retail medical supply store to purchase the essentials to keep her alive. This company is charging things to our insurance and not delivering them or providing the services so we cant even request them from a different company. We are going to be forced to take legal action because we have now had to do an emergency trach change due to their negligence. I am appalled and horrified they are doing this. It is disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The head of social work at Miami Childrens has been involved and has vowed to never set up another patients home health care through them because of this experience. Our issue has gone all the way up to a VP of the company and there is still no correction. From the bottom of the company all the way up no one cares.

Horrible. Theyre never on time. Dont bother scheduling deliveries because they dont show up on time or theyll probably reschedule. Their outsourced customer service wont help you either. If you can avoid this company, by all means do yourself a favor. Our daughter needs medical equipment and Im concerned this place will end up jeopardizing her health with their lack of quality service.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company just go somewhere else it is not worth the stress. They have the worst customer service and billing issues I have ever seen. I had to call them every single month due to over charging

They were supposed e-mail me the address to pick up the CPAP and never did. Trying to get supplies returned was total frustration and never contacted me back as promised. This company has serious customer service problems.
