Recently, I was unexpectedly rushed to the ER at Jupiter Hospital. Visiting Angels stayed by my side through the entire night to make sure I was taken care of as the ER was super busy. They made sure that I got everything I needed. I was very apprehensive about being in the hospital and they looked after me while I was there and showed true compassion and the reassurance I needed. The owners even came to check on me and made sure all the arrangements were made when I returned home. They made sure all my prescriptions, meals, and caregiver coverage were taken care of. Every single caregiver that helped me was fantastic. They made a genuine effort to keep me comfortable and safe until I recovered. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to my family and friends and encourage anyone in need of home healthcare to call and utilize their superlative services.

Visiting Angels was truly a blessing in helping my dad after he fell. Luckily, he sustained only bumps and bruises, but he was moving slower than usual and needed some assistance getting his day started. We called Visiting Angels for help because they had done such a wonderful job a few years ago when our mother was in a similar situation, and we were happy to find that they once again exceeded our expectations. Dads caretaker was kind, responsive, and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Visiting Angels and we were so grateful to find such a kind and caring service in our time of need.

Visiting Angels of the Palm Beaches has meant that my mother, a hardy 96, and my sisters and I, have been able to continue to live our various and busy lives. The services -- housekeeping, errands and on and on -- have enabled Mom to focus on her friends, letter- writing, gardening and other activities that bring her joy. But the companionship of her Very Special Angel has meant more than anything when family members could not be there. How do you thank an Angel -- or a whole band of them? Aww man. Toooo many favoritism at that place with the coordinators n the aides. ALEXIS is the worst of them ALL. I think Irv is her brother so she gets away with alot of stuff. The majority of the aides have complained about her but nothing ever gets done. PLEASE GET RID OF ALEXIS!!
