First I would like to thank the caregivers that came into my mothers home to care for her during the last few months of her life. They were a nice group of women and we couldnt have managed without them. The next thing I want to address is the office staff. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional and insincere group of people. The billing was wrong nearly every time. When I called to have it corrected they would take my number but never call me back. There were even a couple of times that no caregiver showed up and there was no communication with our family. If you call after hours dont bother leaving a message...you will not get a reply. Hire more or better staff Home Instead...you have our loved ones in your hands.
