My grandmother needed home health aides for a short period of time. We discontinued services with them when we sent into the hospital. You have to pre-pay for a weeks services at a time, which she did. Now they have charged her AGAIN and we are still waiting on a refund for weeks. The local office is no help and they just shoot a quick email to the corporate office, who sits on the request and does nothing. We have been waiting for THOUSANDS of dollars to be returned to her for weeks! Our aides were all kind and professional, but I will NEVER recommend this company based on this billing issue. When thousands of dollars are on the line, you need to be able to trust that your money will be handled with care and you absolutely cant trust them to do the right thing.

I made it very clear as what I needed before an aide even stsrted to care for my husband. Talked with the Nurse manager this morning. She was just doing a follow up. She did not know anything about terminations of health care. I did not know about this until the VA called about finding me another company. The coordinator was not very friendly about this. Yes they have to look out for your workers. But I was told they had someone to fill the position Now I will be without an aide for the rest of this week.

Very substandard and unprofessional service. Staff members in the office lie to their patients and the aides that they have provided me were inexperienced and laden with mental health or drug issues. I am not the only patient who has experienced this type of service.
