It is a SHAME that a place like this exists! People our age are in a place of having to work and needing care for our parents. It is an awful place to be already, but when an organization that call is itself "care from the heart" makes it SO much more difficult , that makes it even worse. I reached out, hoping for some help, and was ASSURED I would get quality care for my mother. I DID NOT! The caregiver who was sent was inept and unable to follow the directions needed to administer medication - which would have put my mother in danger if I had left her. When I approached this matter I was treated rudely and then asked for payment anyway. This place should be close immediately !

I work for this company and its the best in home ive ever worked for! They keep you updated with clients, they are so flexible with your hours. The clients are so sweet all they want is someone to be a companion, just someone to tell their stories to! Its very rewarding to work for such a great company who actually cares about the clients and the workers!!!!
