Winchester Home Instead has been providing the home care for my wife for more than two years. Most of the time we have a semi-permanent caregiver so we see the same one for long periods of time. As one might expect, the caregiver takes vacations, has sick days, car trouble and all the other things employees run into. Home Instead has always been able to have a substitute caregiver to be with my wife. In one instance, after a heavy snowfall, the caregiver could not drive to my house with her car. The owner of the Home Instead, with a 4-wheel drive vehicle, picked her up and delivered her here and then picked her up that evening to return her home. There are many other pleasing aspects of Home Insteads service, including the on-going training of all their staff, which I will not discuss. Suffice it to say that I give the organization a top-rated review. Walt
