As noted in the majority of reviews for Home Instead Raleigh, NC, the caregivers the company employs are caring and compassionate. However, the pay the caregivers receive is reprehensible for what they are being asked to do. (Lowest paying senior-/adult-assistance company in town!) This is why they hire around the clock or weekly; caregivers come and go. Staff is not organized, unattentive and disturbingly disrespectful to the caregivers, post training. They advertise paid training, its pennies for training, and you dont see that money for close to 2 months post training (they know that most newbies will have quit by then, not seeing the training pay). The Raleigh location is an insult to the Home Instead Brand and the core values of the company!! Would not recommend working for this location!!

My grandmother started suffering from memory loss and just couldnt be left alone. I found Home Instead online and gave them a call. I was hesitant at first and concerned about having people I did not know stay with her. But Beth walked me through the process and I started to feel more comfortable. My grandma absolutely adores Tanika, her caregiver. Im glad I found someone I can trust. Thanks Home Instead.

If you are looking for assistance with a loved one, then Home Instead is the place to go. The front office staff is kind and so helpful. The owner is actively involved and I have met him several times. He is a strong family man and puts people first. if you are looking for a caregiver that will care, you will be very satisfied with home instead.

When in need for my aging mother with early dimentia I felt helpless. My family tried to handle shifts but the burden was too great. Home instead literally saved my moms life. She wanted to stay at her house and home instead allowed her to do it. They are easy to schedule and my mom loves her care givers. I cant recommend them enough!
