Compassionate, trustworthy, respectful, reliable and competent are words that would describe all the care provided by the CNAs, the RN and the owners. Round the clock CNAs were there to care for my sister-in-law during her time with hospice. I was there to help my brother who has some health issues. Although their responsibility was to care for my sister-in-law, they also were a tremendous encouragement to me and my brother during a difficult time. Any calls I made to the owner, Tony, or the nurse, Joy, were promptly answered. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, effectively and with a positive attitude. A few hours before my sister-in-law died, Joy (RN) showed up at our front door with a bag of bagels for my brother and I to have something to eat for breakfast. It was her day off, but she knew the end was coming soon. She volunteered to stay with us until the hospice nurse would arrive after my sister-in-law passed. I will never forget her compassion and support during those final hours.

Our family was referred to Accessible Home Health by my moms long term care insurance company. Promptly Tony Calloway came to visit with my brother, mother and I. Our mom had Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She had fallen multiple times due to the dibilitating effects of chemotherapy. She needed help with everyday living tasks. Tonys staff of CNAs were WONDERFUL! They were prompt, reliable and most of all the most caring professionals. They took our moms care to heart. The caregivers went out of their way to make sure our mom was comfortable, and maintained a safe environment for her. They also helped her transition from independency to trusting others for her care. They were very sensitive to this aspect of her care. Our mom passed away in March .... we are so thankful for the care that she received from Accessible Home Health. With their services we were able to grant her wishes to be home when she died. Our family recommends Accessible Home Health highly.

I was referred to Accessible Home Health Care of Mid Carolina when I needed to secure additional care for my mother at her assisted living facility. My mother suffers from Alzheimers disease and in January fell and broke her hip, leading to surgery. During her recovery period I wanted to have 24 hour care for her. I met with Tony Calloway and he was wonderful in the quick response to my request. The very day I signed up, he was able to arrange for a series of care givers, all CNAs. They were all courteous, helpful and attentive to my mothers needs. As she began to recover and her needs were gradually met fully by the staff at her residence, I adjusted the schedule for the AHH caregivers. Each time, Mr. Callaway responded and made the changes. He was in contact with the staff at my mothers residence and made sure that there was a coordinated effort to care. I would highly recommend Accessible Home Health Care of Mid Carolina.

This company is money motivated, they do not care about the clients wants or needs. My father had four different caregivers in over a month and a half. On two occasions my father had to phone me because no one had showed up to care for him, I called Accessible and was told they could not find any coverage. I called my fathers insurance company and had them switch agencies and we have not had any problems ever since. If you care about your loved ones and the quality of care they receive then I would stay away from this company.

We highly recommend Accessible Home Health Care to anyone needing to stay safe and independent at home. My sister and I were extremely concerned about moms ability to live alone due to her age and declining health. We didnt feel she could be alone any longer but we were concerned about a nursing home for mom with all the bad reports we had heard. Their professional staff came into her home and did a wonderful job caring for her. Mom looks forward to her aide coming each day.
