We hired Ms.Laila, and it has been a wonderful experience. She is a caring, well-trained home health aide. Laila has a great sense of humor and an upbeat personality, which is so important for my Dad, who loves to have a good laugh. I never had to worry when Laila was with my Dad. She took excellent care of him. .I just want to end this note saying, I would highly recommend Nova Home Health Care without hesitation to any family in need of these type of services. Your company is most fortunate to have Laila representing you – I know I feel fortunate to have met a person of her caliber and high standards.

Outstanding compassionate Care. My wife and I used the service for her mother and the care she received was excellent. She was diagnosed with Cancer and she would not move into any type of assisted facility. We brought in Nova HomeCare caregivers to provide her with the care she needed. They helped her with eating, cooking her meals, helped her use the restroom and even took her back and forth from some of her doctor appointments. The caregivers were always on time and went out of their way to treat us all like family. We would not hesitate to call Nova HomeCare again if the need should ever arise.

Nova Home Healthcare has been an incredible choice for our family. From the minute we realized that our mother needed full-time care, they have gone out of their way to provide excellent caregivers, not only on short notice but also with great thought and consideration to my mothers medical, physical and emotional needs. Our situation is complex and occasionally critical, and the staff consistently responds quickly, appropriately and with thoughtful kindness. I honestly dont know how we would survive without them.

Nova provides excellent care. I did not know this kind of service existed. While dad was in the hospital his nurse gave us some information about home care services. We went with Nova Home Health Care after interviewing several agencies because the nurse was very knowledgeable and nice. It has been 7 months now and the caregivers are wonderful. We feel a sense of relief. They have done a great job caring for dad. I dont know how we could have survived without them. Thank you Nova..
