Weve worked with BrightStar for several months now for two types of medical treatment. We also worked with another home care services company for a brief period of time (not our choice) and ultimately asked that care be transferred to BrightStar. Why? Their professionalism and the quality of the nursing staff. Julie, the Nursing Director, and her staff, coordinate care to ensure the right people are there for you on the right days following the most recent set of doctor orders. Nurses including Monique, Fay, Melody, Toni and Julie herself, have decades of experience in numerous medical settings including the ER, pediatric NICU, infusion centers, mental health, family practice and more. We were nervous about in home care given the choice between hospital and home, but with the quality of care and administrative support provided by BrightStar, weve had the best of both worlds - great medical care at home.

The caregivers have been very professional and respectful and make my 91 year old mother-in-law feel special and well cared for, we couldnt be more pleased. I also love the companys flexibility with the hours we need covered and that there are no minimums or contract requirements.
