I am most unhappy with my experience with Home Instead for Senior Care. My privacy was violated by discussing my care without my permission with an abusive sibling who is a fiduciary Trustee for me and with whom I am embroiled in legal action. The management should have contacted me first before discussing me and my care. The Home Instead for Senior Care Managers behavior resulted in immediate termination of any possibility of receiving care from this company as I had lost faith in the management of Home Instead for Senior Care to respect my most fundamental rights as a disabled person. The right to privacy and self determination. I am physically disabled NOT mentally disabled.

We had a great experience with Home Instead Senior Care. Our family member needed supervisory assistance with several activities of daily living and all Home Instead caregivers were excellent. My primary contact was "Jason", and he was great to work with -- always available by cell phone and very proactive in anticipating our needs. This agency was also very flexible on hours and was able to easily make adjustments to schedules. I really appreciated having access to their new online "family portal" as a means to follow the care that was provided as well as invoices. We appreciate Home Insteads care and I would highly recommend this agency.

Our family has worked with Home Instead for more than five years and highly recommend them. Ive found the care givers to be responsible, caring, and most cooperative. Supervisory staff has been super attentive and flexible as circumstances have changed, always putting the needs of our family member first.
