I went in to mustardseed to get fingerprinted for a state licensure. I called ahead to verify that this service was provided and I was assured it was. A week later my licensure wasnt approved yet and it was because mustardseed does NOT provide this service. They ONLY told me they did NOT do card fingerprinting until I called inquiring about why I had not received my fingerprints. When I brought this up to a manager they said it was my word versus theirs and they wouldnt rectify the situation. Do not use mustardseed there are many other healthcare companies that provide better service and are honest about their business. A company that has terrible customer service, does not try to rectify their mistake, and only responds to reviews not claiming any responsibility is a company that should not be in business. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage anyone who has a negative experience here to do the same.

My girlfriend called ahead to verify that Mustardseed provided a service involved with fingerprinting. The girl who answered said they did. After paying for the service the information was still incomplete. We call back and they say they dont handle that service and wouldnt refund the money. The manager said the girl has worked there for years and wouldnt give wrong information. Also, its their word versus ours. AVOID this business. The employees provided inaccurate information and refused to rectify the situation. Other businesses in the area provide the same service and will actually follow through with their job. I called the number provided by the owner and asked for Clement, who wouldnt take my call. I dont want to escalate the situation, I wanted it resolved. Poor customer service.

Poorly trained employees. Used for fingerprints to renew CNA licenses. Fingerprints were never sent to CJIS. Employee stated everything was fine. Now cant work and complete mess unless license can be renewed.
