Horrible!!! The actual score is -ZERO stars. The aides are lazy and/or dont show up, the office is unorganized, I would NEVER recommend this agency. Look further and do your homework. The call out rate is ridiculous, if you are a working person caring for a loved one do not choose this agency because you will not know from day to day if you are going to be able to go to work or not due to the high rate of the aides calling out. Always steer clear of the aides with school-age children or infants. They use callout all the time. And u defintley need to make sure your aide can DRIVE and has their own reliable transportation. There are agencies in town that require this. ASK QUESTIONS!!

The aide would be scheduled for 10 and wed receive a call at 1 saying no one was coming-clearly by then we had already determined that. However at least then we were getting a call. It wasnt unusual to not get a call and no one show. Called because the wkend nurse was unable to perform any of the duties and was told "well see what we can do and call back" ..weeks later and we hadnt heard anything back. Scheduled 10-6, however no one ever showed up at 10 and weekends were supposed to be the same schedule but never received assistance for that time from. Sundays typically 1:30-3:00 or 3:30. Steer clear

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not communicate, are unresponsive, and the people they hire do not have good work ethics. I have used them for a year and have had nothing but problems. People dont show up, dont call in, and the office doesnt track their people to make sure they do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! I wouldnt even give them 1 star

This review is based on the care I received from my Physical Therapist, Michelle Kovacs. Michelle provided excellent care by patiently listening to me, providing encouragement, pushing me "just enough" and providing pertinent and thorough information. I looked forward to her visits because she was positive, upbeat and friendly. Just what a post-op patient needs!

I would NOT recommend at all! The nurses aide that they had to come out to our home to watch over my grandmother were lazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They were very unreliable due to always calling out which served as a huge hindrance to my mother as she works full time.
