The management and commitment to quality service is top-notch at Angel Senior Home Care. You can feel safe entrusting the care of your loved ones to their thoroughly vetted, skilled and compassionate care-givers. Our relationship with Angel Senior Home Care began in 2014 and they are still taking care of my Father at home. Angel Senior Home Care has been such a blessing during a very difficult time for our family. We find ourselves suddenly needing assistance with my father on very short notice and Neelam, one of the case managers, is so helpful and kind. We got a nice caregiver that my Father liked and got along for almost 6 months. The caregiver had to leave for personal reasons which was unfortunate.. But they were able to find a suitable replacement with 2 days! We could not have asked for a better experience. Their entire team is local and wonderful. They not only take great care of my father, but they are excellent communicators and send me text updates so that I could relax a little while at work knowing he is ok. We would rate the home care services from Angel Senior Homecare way above the excellent grade. Two years back, my 100 year old mother underwent a hip bone surgery that required a home care support service to take care of her during day time when we went to work. We looked at the long list of approved vendors from the Virginia Medicaid program, selected a few and started calling them to select a vendor who can satisfy most of our requirements. Our requirements were unique as we required a home care assistant who understands the diet, language and culture restrictions. We knew it is difficult to get the right person to satisfy all our requirements, but during our first call to Angel Senior Home Care, Neelam Kohli understood our requirements and immediately assured us that she can get someone immediately. She brought this person to our house on the same day and discussed our requirements in front of this person to give us a confidence that we can get what we wanted. Of course, there were a few minor snags during the beginning that Neelam and her staff responded immediately to resolve. It is now more than two years and we are extremely happy with Angel’s services and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We used Angel Senior Home Care to take care of my grandmother who needed full time care for her serve illness. We needed to find people who were kind, had tremendous patience and could handle the difficult language barrier my grandmother had with not knowing English. Angel was able to find great caretakers who met all of our expectations and go above and beyond. Angel had a great team of home care professionals that could be trusted with our grandmother and did a wonderful job. My mother has been with Angel Senior Home Care, LLC for two years now. Her care has been exceptional! She loves her caregivers and thinks of them as family. It feels so good to know that she is with trusted staff that really take exceptional care of her. She is in a wheelchair, which can be challenging but they keep her clean, happy and well fed. She is always treated with dignity. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants trusted, compassionate care for their loved ones.

She takes care of her every need and also supports her socially to keep her happy throughout the day. Angel Senior Home Care has been able to resolve any issues when it came to re-hospitalizations and made the process of reapplying to receive care a breeze.
