I have worked in our healthcare field for 20 years and as a CNA who has seen and experienced how home health care agencies treat their patients and caregivers. Most home health agencies I have worked for are only concerned with their bottom line and who is available to fill a position. Here, at AAA+ Home Health Care LLC, its all completely different with how they provide services to their patients, and they appreciate and care about the well-being of their employees. This company treats their employees as family and believes that their employees need to be treated with respect and dignity along with their patients. If our employees were just a number, we would not have such great caregivers that I have the privelage of working with every day! Being part of the Administation team working with our patients and employees is what make me proud to say that I love coming to work every day! We strive to meet the compatiblilty with our patients/caregivers to every case and fill-in because patient care should always be enjoyable and not just business. If you want to make a difference and feel appreciated as a caregiver. This is the company for YOU!

Before managing at AAA+ Home Health Care, I worked as a caregiver at various other home health care agencies. Coming from a background as a caregiver and working closely with my patients, I can truly say that the atmosphere at AAA+ is completely different. Most home health care agencies that I have worked for hire individuals for various patients without a consistent schedule. Not only did my patients feel uncomfortable in this situation, but so did I. In addition, I never felt like I had a voice when it came to communicating with management to assist my patient. Here at AAA+ Home Health Care, I can truly say that it is an honor working with my field staff and administration to create an honorable reputation where everyone (patients and staff) feel respected and "at home". I love all my staff dearly and have set my goal to make sure that everyone in my agency is a priority.
