I was quoted the wrong amount per day on my initial call to the company. They sent a 19 year old the first night of service and I felt she did not have enough experience, I can not prove but I believe she may have taken money from my moms purse which I did not realize was missing until the next day. The day shift worker that came was excellent but because of the unprofessional approach to the service and miss quote I asked them not to come back after the 24 hours of care I had paid for. Now I get a bill for the 12 hour shift that has already been paid. No recommendation from me.

Care Advantage has been a wonderful company to work for. I have worked for the company for over two years. During the holiday season last year, I was financially stretched – Care Advantage sent me a basket with all the fixings for my family’s holiday meal (such a blessing). I have been the recipient of the Employee of the Month Award, and love the Care Sticker Incentive program. I am proud to say I am an employee of this company and I will continue to recommend others to work for them as well. D.Pierce
