My mom is new to genesis and was sent there after a brief hospital stay. The staff are the rudest people Ive ever met .the staff show no compassion at all and act like youre bothering them when the patient needs assistance. Genesis is the worst place ever to send a loved one.

My mother is new to this Genesis and so far so good. The staff is MUCH better than the other Genesis she was placed. They have been helpful and kind and has shown interest in getting my mother to her next steps.
