I recently participated in AspireXLM, a fitness class for us Extra Large Men. I was impressed with their assessment of our skills (or lack thereof), and appropriate adjustment of the program to best tailor it to our needs. I know for a fact I could not make it through a "regular" exercise class to save my life, but AspireFit designed this program very specifically, and Im happy I participated. I know all of us are looking forward to further XLM programs to get us moving. Definitely worth checking out. Kudos to Drs. Rayner and White for breaking new ground in the wellness arena. ~SCOT
