I was terrified of going here because of the reviews. But, it was close to my house and much closer to where I have been going to get blood work done. The intake people were as efficient as they could be and the total time was pretty quick thinking Id be there all day. The phlebotomist was nice and did her job well too. I dont know who the rude front desk lady was, I went early so maybe she works later on in the day. Anyways, I was glad I went and will be going back for future lab work.

The reception person was super rude to every guest. You could hear her complaining to other technicians about patients. I heard her say once "I dont care if they have to wait hours". This is the worst experience I have ever had at labcorp. I will never go back to that location. I will submit my concerns to corporate, but not sure they will do anything about the rude staff here.

Wow. Can I rate this place a 0? Worst receptionist Ive ever dealt with. Will never attempt to go here again. Quest Diagnostics is in the same building and I would use them over this horrid place anytime.
