The Technician there has seen me as a patient several times now. She is one of the most "Superb" Phlebotomist i have had the pleasure to know. By observing, she was courteous, efficient, organized, and im at ease each time she draws my blood. Its rare to not be able to feel it when youre being stuck, and she is pretty darn successful, which makes the task for me, much more comfortable. Thank You, Sammy Wight Newport, Pa

The receptionists are among the least friendly people youll encounter and are clearly confused about their own policies. Somebody will roll their eyes at you as they grudgingly schedule your appointment in person but youll call the next day to cancel/reschedule only to have someone tell you they "Dont do appointments, thats not how it works". Well they need to figure out "How it works" and learn how to politely communicate that to their patients. Expect to get friendlier and more knowledgeable assistance at your local DMV.

The staff were pleasant and the wait wasnt terrible. I had fasting labs and was a morning walk-in on a Friday. It was pretty busy and with only two techs there is going to be a wait. People need to understand that. It does help to have an appointment and to schedule appointments go online or call the 800 number. The staff at individual clinics are usually too busy with patients to take scheduling calls. It also helps to have all your paperwork in order and remember to bring your ID, Insurance card, and payment method.

Not welcoming at all. The tech asked me to put my wrist up, so I did. She then gave me attitude, pushed my arm onto the arm of the chair and aggressively flipped it over. The blood pressure cuff was so tight that I was left with marks and pain from shoulder to elbow. Once she was finished, she walked out of the room quickly and yelled back that I could leave. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because I did not feel the needle. That is the only positive.

After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about going, however I was pleased that I didnt have any wait or negative attitude. I arrived and one minute later was processed and had my blood taken. The technician did a great job to keep me calm while doing the lab. I am a hard stick, she got it the first time, and didnt hurt me. I would certainly go back to her!

Rude front desk staff. Im back again and the same rudeness as usual. Do not bother going here, its not worth being treated like dirt by someone who hates their job or just hates helping people in general. The same lady I called about to corporate last time I was there is still there. Go to literally any other lab in the area.

Ive seen the reviews and I have to disagree 100%. I did make an appointment and my wait time was under 5 minutes. I was greeted by Nurse Lina. She was pleasant and always smiling. Nurse Lina also drew my blood. I didnt feel a thing! I will revisit here the next time I need my blood drawn.

I was 15 minutes early, they were very nice, receptive. no paperwork, answered a few questions I was out of there before my appointment time of 10 am. The two employees were pleasant and not rude at all. The people writing negative comments must have issues. would recommend.

Wrong!!!!!One of the worst. Linglestown Rd. Walked in the door at 12:25 pm, tech comes right out "What do you need, we close at 12:30 for lunch!" Granted, no sign to tell a walk in. She goes back to her patient. Good thing I only need a urinalysis. Grade FFFF

Rude, almost decided to walk right out the door as soon as the woman spoke to me but I needed work done. They accept walk ins but make an appointment to avoid the death stare.

Called to make an appointment the receptionist just sounded so rude. Put me on speaker and just Im inviting. Now I have to look for another place to have my labs done.

Understaffed. They do not have enough techs on the job. The techs themselves are professional and correct, but every time I come in here, it seems to take even longer.
