I was in today at 8am for a 2 hour appointment, I brought my nine month old son with me, and he was sleeping. I politely asked the lady in the office if she could turn down the music because my son was sleeping. She told me NO, that the radio is set at that volume for a reason. I noticed that my son started waking up and so I politely asked her once again if we could turn down the music and she said that the walls are too thin and that shes not going to be able to help me, I then asked if she has respect for customers. I was there for a 2 hour appointment and I would have liked for him to stay asleep for as long as possible. She then came over and said fine, I will turn it down and she turned it down one notch . The music was still loud enough to wake him. I ended up leaving for a personal reason and never had my appointment and when I got home I called to ask for her name and she said she didnt feel comfortable giving it to me, then she asked me if I was the girl that was just in there and I said yes and she said that she already talk to her supervisor. Im not sure what she talked to her supervisor about. If she told her the truth about the situation, then her supervisor would advise for her to be trained on giving bettter customer service. This lady was miserable and ignorant and I would never recommend anyone to come to his office. I will be calling this supervisor to let them know what kind of people they have working in this building.

I went there for a blood draw today, arriving about an hour before they were scheduled to close. There were several people there, and a sign-in sheet. One person told me he and his daughter had been waiting for over an hour. It was another half hour before they were called back. That in itself is not nearly enough for me to give 1 star, as most of the people there were walk-ins, including me. However, fifteen minutes before they were schedule to close an employee locked the doors then walked over to the sign-in sheet to review it. After seeing a few more names on the list (maybe 5 at that point) she said: "This is ridiculous!" She said it loudly enough that everyone could hear it. She grabbed the sign-in sheet and, without acknowledging anyone waiting in any way, walked back behind closed doors. I decided that I didnt want some woman who thought having to do her job was "ridiculous" to be sticking me with a needle trying to do a blood draw! I walked out and will NEVER go there again! If youre looking for a good place to go for a blood draw, try Fredrickson Outpatient Center. Only 20 minutes away and VERY worth the drive! Theyre professional, caring, and they treat you like people! You might have to wait a while if youre a walk-in, but they will acknowledge you, and when it is your turn they will treat you well!!

Do not go to this location!! My wife and 6 year old daughter had their blood drawn today at the Harrisburg, Pa Londonderry Road location. I am very very upset with how they were treated! They tried last Friday the 27th to go and when they arrived were told if they didnt have an appointment it would be well over an hour. They left and mad an appointment for today. They arrived and the same lady was there again today. She didnt acknowledge them other than to say tell your little girl to get her feet off of the chair and I need her paperwork. After they were taken back she looked at my little girl and said if you dont corporate you wont have this done today. We HAVE to have it done she had a follow up appointment in a week and who says that to a scared 6 year old! After the blood was drawn no good job, no stickers or anything. My daughter had not eaten because it was fasting blood work and when done my wife said she could eat a snack that she brought and the lady in a nasty tone said you can not eat in here. If she hates her job that much she has to treat a 6 year old the way she did maybe she should quit. I am VERY unhappy with what happen today!

Weve had so many problems with Quest, its disgusting. All of our health care providers complain about them but our insurance dictates that we have to go there. Just try making an appointment and then changing it, the fully automated phone system will make you want to pull your hair out. The last straw was when they took five minutes to get enough blood out of my 2 week old daughter (she screamed bloody murder the whole time) and then they spilled the blood sample in the truck and called to say I needed to bring her back in to re do it. Seriously, could you get any more incompetent? If you have a choice, chose some where else.

Im sitting in the office listening to the one and only nurse available (taylor) on a personal call complaing about a patient. So unprofessional. The Customer is NOT number one. Btw 4 other ppl are waiting to be seen. Way to be professional,Taylor.
