Based on the reviews, the facility is generally clean and equipped with up-to-date technology. The staff is described as professional and friendly. The location is tidy and has good decor, which is better than most doctors' and dental offices in the area.
The wait times at Patient First - Clinton are a point of contention among reviewers. While some found the wait times to be average, others had to wait for over an hour despite a less crowded lobby. The front desk is often described as busy and a bit understaffed.
Patients generally found the diagnosis to be accurate. However, there were instances where the medical staff did not take into consideration the patient's medical history, leading to ineffective treatments.
The staff behavior is a mixed bag. While some reviewers praised the staff for their professionalism and friendliness, others criticized them for a lack of empathy and poor communication skills.
The facility has an overall rating of 4, indicating that the experiences are generally positive but with room for improvement.

Service was okay. Wait time was average. However, if i knew Id be there for 2 hours and end up taking 25 pills in the end, I wouldve just gone to my PCP. I will NOT be returning or recommending that any of my friends or family come here as I dont appreciate the PA not taking into consideration that I know my own body. After I was given my diagnosis, I explicitly told the PA Elizabeth that I was resistant to a certain medication and she prescribed it anyway. I tried convincing her otherwise but she refused to write me a prescription for what I normally take. Today (a day before the medicine is finished) a nurse calls me and tells me im being prescribed a completely different medication to take for a week because the lab results proved what Id originally told the PA!!!!!!! Not only have I been on this one medicine for a whole week experiencing THE WORST SIDE EFFECTS but now I have to spend additional money and take a different course of medicine for another week. I am beyond upset!!!!! And to top it all off the nurse who I spoke with lacked empathy ...so much so it really made me question why shes even in the health care field. Smh. Never again. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the facility is very clean, their technology is up-to-date and the women who took my blood and did my intake were very pleasant.

Overall, good experience and recommended. The staff was professional and friendly as any other medical staff. No complaints whatsoever. The location was tidy, had good decor and was better looking than most doctors offices and dental offices in the area. The doctors diagnosis seemed correct and the informational printouts handed to me after seeing the doctor were useful. I also like that Patient First could connect electronically with my primary care doctor to pull my medical history. It would be nice if they had wait times on the website or at least the times and days per location that generally have the least wait. The front desk was busy and a bit understaffed. Two people were answering phones, helping people that walked in with minor questions, signing me in and handling people after leaving the doctor. They did a good job juggling everything though. The lobby was spacious but gave a false sense of the wait times. I thought with a quarter-full lobby I would see a doctor in 15-20 minutes but it took nearly an hour. Thats not too bad considering I walked in and in the past Ive waited 45 minutes to see the doctor even though I had an appointment. The wait time is isnt too bad considering they prescribed the medication I needed which saved me time by avoiding a pharmacy.

My 9yr old son went here on the 28th of Dec for fever and sore throat. Diagnosis was tonsillitis and antibiotic was prescribed NOW here is the complaint : I am a truck driver and I was out of state so grandma took him. Now the nurse contacted me for treatment authorization (cool) and health history for him. I "specifically " shared that my son has a history of ear infections and sinus infections coupled with allergies so "IF" the doctor was going to order an antibiotic NOT to give him amoxicillin (pink) because his body doesnt respond. Well wouldnt you know it I come home and he feels the same but now cant speak (clearly anyway) I contacted nurse and doctor and was told to "try it" because the doctor felt it would work? Hhhmmm, what was the point of asking health history questions then wasting my time sharing and not to mention my sons health? Very disappointed! Feeling some kinda way here as a parent and wondering if I was "MOM" would the same thing had happened?

I was very impressed with the services I received...I was nervous at first from the reviews..Everyone was professional and caring and nice...I was seen in a timely fashion...My only complaint is the Lady that drew my blood needed to listen to me CAUSE NO ONE knows my body better then ME..I am a hard stick which I told her..I told her she needed to use a butterfly needle. She didnt because she informed me she has been doing this for a long time....well to make a long story short she was unable to get my blood cause she blew the vein with the large needle...She tried several more times to get blood but was unable to..so she had to do a hand stick and let it drip drip and drip...lol and drip...so of course she couldnt have gotten enough blood to perform ALL the test she had to do.....but other then that I would defiantly go back and demand they use a butterfly needle

ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. Sitting here now, have been here for over 3 hours. Got called back for vitals at hour 2. The waiting room has been packed the entire time and folks have actually left before being seen. No formal announcements have been made, but I heard from someone in the waiting room that there are only two doctors working. One worker actually snapped at an older man who did not hear the name she called and asked what she said. Parking, or lack thereof is crazy....When I arrived, I observed two employees park illegally in the fire zone...They acted as if this was the norm. I had to park fown the street at a strip mall and walk back. As I said, UNREAL!!!! Will NEVER come here again!!!

I will never ever come back to this patient first I came in at 940 was called back very quickly and I got my blood drawn and everything and then the wait was on..I waited for an hour and some change no one came to even check if I was alive. The nurses sat outside my room gossiping about patients and taking pictures of something they saw in the bathroom. Just unprofessional, you would think it was super busy but it wasnt. I got up and went to the waldorf one and was in and out.

Service was EXCELLENT!!!!! I arrived at the facility and was greeted by some wonderful people on the staff!!! My first encounter was with the lovely Bella and she was awesome!!! Made me feel comfortable and treated me with the utmost respect. My nurse (I cant remember her name) was amazing as well. Very efficient and funny :) I would definitely come back to use their services again and Im so happy that we finally have a facility that is closer than Waldorf :)

Called me fast when I first came in sat in a room in the back for over and hour and 1/2. ice cold no heat no one came to see about me. They told me 2 different doctor one on each side. People on the other side had been seen that came in after me. What kind of dumb system is that. I could have went to the ER. Someone child was at work running around. Another nurse talking loud about her boyfriend wreck her car and he can have it..Really.

I had a problem with the communication and how you had to inquire several times to determine if you were being called for service. The discharge was a littleconfusing, the person checking me out failed to take any of my paperwork, review instructions with me or insure I understood all of my requirements upon discharge. I will be contacting advice nurse about my medication and posibly going to another location today for assistance.
