Ive only been a patient for 6 months and Ive had nothing but problems from the beginning. Needed a referral and kept getting put on hold and hung up on to the point I had to drive to the office and confront the front desk personnel about it to which I received a very lame excuse. Im sitting in the new location as I write this and Ive been here 45 minutes only to see every other person scheduled later than me be called back as I continue to sit here. Im fairly certain they have built a nice shiny new building but the sad fact is American workers are complete garbage. At least all the office personnel they have hired around here are worthless. Terrible people skills. I really dont expect to be a patient here very much longer. Good luck Medstar. Youre going to need it

Dr. Jones is always attentive, i schedule my appointments via the website-i get a confirmation call within 24hrs, the front desk staff are always pleasant, my wait time has never been more then 10mins. All the front staff greet me during arrival and exit even if they ate not helping me.
