The first time we saw my sister she was on the floor naked. She hit her head more times than I like to think about. We never saw a doctor and she was ignored when called for help. Aide (long thick fake red braid and heavy stayed on phone for personal calls and ignored when I needed her help. and help when my sister fell in bathroom. She ran the one nurse they had ragged and even made her mop up and accident in a mans bathroom. I am sure you do not have to be a nurse to clean bowel movements and such. Redbraid was too busy on her phone call to help at all with anything. Severe shortage of nurses and very little care to patients including fixing the bed from the hole in mattress they had her sleeping in which was causing back pain. They said they could not fix it, but my other sister fixed it the next morning by plugging it in.

Went to visit a friend in the memory unit and while in their noticed a pile of water on the floor and the friend had one shoe on and one off and the sock was non-skid The rooms were disgusting dirty walls chipped up furniture I would not recommend this place for any love one
