We took our 5 year old to this facility for a high temperature that would not break while on vacation. They gave him 2 ibuprofen and an x-ray, never reviewed the results with us and then discharged him with a diagnosis and antibiotic. 2 days later he saw his pulmonary doctor and the diagnosis was wrong and instructed us to stop the antibiotic. My son has 2 insurances, which both were provided at the intake. Now 4 months later, we continue to get a bill for the co-pay but we have now provided the 2ndary information three times. Now they are saying we never provided the 2ndary insurance information and will only take it by phone. Lesson learned: prior to going on vacation, check out the local medical facilities!

It depends on who your caregiver is. PA there is 10 stars, not 5, another is 1/2. Hes terrific medically, cannot seem to get past a lifetime of grudges, small minded peevishness and misplaced loyalties. Pity since hes medically better than some docs. If he likes you, youll get great care, if not, well, never mind. Get her- the one there since Ettlinger ( still a mistake, getting rid of him ) . Staff and PA, such a relief, having them to turn to! Knows a ton. Receptionists, nurses, staff, very helpful and friendly these days, sure is different from the old days. Privacy taken seriously. Important these days, another reason to recommend. Not the case elsewhere, believe me.
